The following terms govern Your use of Google Labs apps:

• a. Your use of Google Labs apps is without support of any kind. All questions regarding Your use must be directed to discussion groups.
• b. Google does not promise that Google Labs apps will work for your purposes, or that they are free from viruses, bugs, or other defects. Google Labs apps are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. You alone bear the risk of using this service. Google provides no express warranties, guarantees and conditions with regard to Google Labs apps. To the extent permitted under applicable law, Google excludes the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title and non-infringement. Your use of Google Labs apps is not subject to any service level agreements provided by Google under the Agreement.
• c. Your administrators may have the ability to access, monitor, use, or disclose data available to End Users. It is Your decision whether nor not to discuss this with your End Users.
• d. Google will comply with the privacy notice located here http://www.google.com/a/help/intl/en/admins/privacy.html or other URL as updated periodically by Google, when providing Google Labs apps.
