Same issues as the others. I have sent numerous e-mails, called and left a message, and tried the help chat on their site. I have had this issue since signing up 3 days ago, and have been provided with little to no help. This would be a great CRM if the sync issue was resolved, and customer service was more responsive to the specific questions \ issues.

Same as below the App does not work and fails to authenticate. If they could just fix this! it would be an amazing CRM.

This app does not work. It fails to authenticate and connect, so you end up with dead space at the bottom of your email messages.

I'm having the same problem and the support team haven't provided any assistance to fix this.

DTS-111222015:1143 Hello, After installation into GAPPs it fails to authentication. Retested a number of times and it fails the same. Thank you.
