Overview
Apptivo's business suite consists of 40+ apps that are integrated and seamlessly work with each other. We used it for a while. The support was great, they were really willing to help. Our issue was that it was painfully slow. Maybe we were on a VM that did not have many resources. Who knows. It was also not very intuitive for my users. I had to force them to use it, and it never did catch on. I'm going to try Insightly, but, I fear that my experience will be the same. I think this Apptivo product is one of the best apps out there - you just need a PHD in Apptivo to successfully deploy it.

DTS-11192015:11:38 I'll echo Hogan. Currently the registration is in trial. So far IMAP GAPPs, Gmail and Microsoft fails which fails the integration of e-mail (right?) Why bother having the platform listed in the marketplace? Contacts finally integrate, but there's no relationship between supplier and customer because every customer is a contact unless the company / firm is listed as a customer. More so, there's no relationship between contact and customer which reserves contact supposing as employees or team members. The conversation with T1 support went nowhere on the e-mail issue because T1 support has no access to higher level of support (programmers, engineers, etc.) which spells fail. Expenses in the finance app extends below the screen bottom and there's no left side scroll. So finance is useless for Chart Of Accounts which removes the ERP part (right?) Ultimately it was my fault because not too long ago I had seen part of the company is in India. No platform to-date from India is exhibited in U.S. with a SLA because it's the selling point, to get client or customer to input data so far into the platform it becomes difficult to do get rid of the platform (and that's why you need a trial.) I find it to be clunky in design. I need something that could just support me in invoicing my customers from Google Contacts. Apptivo want to be your main entry environment. If it could just allow my Google Contacts to be my CMS and support it then I would rate it higher. By making me create customers in their app, thus bars me from my Google apps and prevent me from using my Evernote and mobile phone when creating contacts and customers. They should sync your groups from Google Contacts.
