Avaza has been awesome for organizing our business! We are able to keep all our projects and tasks in one place, with easy access for all team members to communicate and collaborate. The timesheet and invoice features have been easy to use and very useful! The customer service is spot on; they are always responsive and helpful! It is definitely an all-in-one solution that any business should consider.

This app is perfect for our consulting business. It combines modern design across task management, resource scheduling, timesheets, invoicing, reports and more. We have tried out a variety of systems like this and Avaza is hands down our favourite. It brings together so many great features into one platform that its truly an incredible value.

Avaza has been instrumental in getting our company organized. We are unique in the sense that we offer Bookkeeping, Marketing and Human Resources, so you can imagine the wide array of tasks that need to be completed every month. It has been helpful in allowing us to manage our employees, as well as see what projects are profitable for us. This information can be used to adjust our pricing accordingly. The best part is, that its easy to use and the customer support is amazing. It feels like they respond almost instantly. We are looking forward to continuing with Avaza and having it be apart of our daily workflow.

Avaza has a very friendly and responsive support team. They spent hours helping me make sure I get the features I need for my business. Also, the value I get for my money is very high. On the other hand, Avaza lacks some features like instant messaging. So we have to use another tool for communication within teams.

Avaza is the all-in-one solution I've been looking for. After trying at least a dozen other apps, I have settled on Avaza, which covers all of our accounting, time tracking, project management and administration needs, for less than the monthly cost of the app I was using previously (not mentioning any names, H). I couldn't be happier with the user-friendly layout and straightforward approach Avaza have used - there's no jargon and everything makes sense. Well done Avaza, you've managed to achieve what I was beginning to think nobody had... an app which covers all the bases for a price tag a small business like mine can afford.

Avaza has been great for our business. As a virtual business we needed something that our remote team could use, as well as our clients. We needed a solution that would allow us to take advance payment and bill against the amount. Many of the billing software we tried did not have this feature, or was extremely price heavy. Avaza also has great feature that allows clients to monitor their balances as we bill against it. Even better, they have an app that allows us to build and push invoices to our clients when needed. Avaza is easy to use, flexible and the price is perfect. This is a perfect small business solution.

I was previously using D****** but switched over to Avaza because it has all the functions I need and at a much cheaper rate. I love using Avaza and strongly recommend it to small business owners who are looking for a well-rounded affordable solution which does everything from project management, timesheet and expenses, quotations, one-time billing to recurring invoicing and CRM all under one hood!

I wanted to share my positive experience getting started with Avaza. I spent about 4-6 hours searching for a system that would enable my team to manage our internal and external projects of ppc ads and email marketing campaign projects. I played with many apps that were missing some of the features I was looking for. I finally came across Avaza and was so happy since it had exactly what I was looking for! After getting excited about all the valuable features I was amazed to see that support was a top notch 5 star integral part of the service that is on-board 24/7. Tim welcomed me the minute I logged in followed by Nida that answered kindly and professionally all my initial questions. I was so happy with the customer service and the wonderful product that I signed up immediately for the webinar that took place the following day with Yulia. Yulia was very kind and professional and gave me a one hour, one on one webinar answering all my questions and giving me great tips to get started. I see myself using Avaza for many years to come as well as recommending it to all my friends and associates. Wishing all lots of productive and happy moments
