So far so good! Before switching to AVAZA we worked with ActiveCollab. AVAZA's user interface, is a little more intuitive and I like the look and feel. I also like how easy it is to set up and manage projects.

I run a design group and Avaza is the perfect app to help me assign tasks to each member while tracking their progress and knowing when they complete their assignments and when things are overdue. It is easy to use, well laid out, and helps me stay organzied.

Avaza becomes my team's project and task software manager. It's decent to use specially with business that is starting to grow bigger, You'll need something like Avaza. Their comment features is very useful too when it comes to task assigning and to the task that are still pending to do. Avaza makes our team communicates fast and paperless. I Recommend for a lot easier task and project managing.

Avaza is the perfect fit if you juggle multiple projects and tasks for many clients. I love that invoicing lives within the app. And the comments function is great for communicating with my team. I've also found their customer support to be great. Highly recommended.

As a small business looking to go paperless we've been hunting for a program for over a year. Because we don't fit into your typical business model, we tried and rejected almost a dozen programs before finding Avaza. So far it seems like a great fit. There are a few options we'd love to see added (like the ability to make certain files accessible to only certain team members (i.e.--files containing sensitive pricing info, etc.) but for now it's working. And their pricing--again as a small business--two thumbs up on that!

Avaza has a very nice interface is a kind of all-in-one solution. I can control and manage projects, timesheets and expenses. I could replace at least 3 softwares with Avaza.

We've been searching for the right project management platform for some time, with each falling short on key features. Avaza has been great to work with and has made our work lives much easier. The team at Avaza has also been fantastic, with on boarding support so we get the most out of the platform.

Avaza has become our one-stop shop systems, where we manage both our clients and our team. Being able to track projects, assignments, timelines, expenses and payments in one location has cut out a lot of miscommunications. The platform takes just a little getting used to (especially if you've been using Asana), but once you learn where the buttons are (there's videos for that), it makes business life a LOT easier.
