It is very clear in 2015 going forward, that using live video broadcasting is an excellent method to build your corporate brand, acquire new business and retain the clients/customers you currently support. I've spent nearly 15 years using various broadcasting technologies but frankly was frustrated until I stated using the Business Hangouts (BHO) platform. With minimal training, I found I could launch a full screen, HD live broadcast, which included multiple participants on camera, slide sharing and interactive, audience text chat. The quality of audio/video, the reliability of transmission, and the ease of use was superior to other software competitors. Also having a one-click, full guest registration process which created an accessible email database for event email notification and follow-up was an extremely valuable feature. However the icing on the cake :-), was the level of customer service available directly from the BHO management team and the user community. Response to questions no matter how complex, were consistently provided within an hour of the request! Obviously, I highly recommend this application to anyone searching for a way to truly connect with prospects and customers in your market.
