Wow, where to begin? So many things to like about Capsule CRM, but with one huge limitation. It has a clear, uncluttered interface. It's feature-rich without being complicated. And it's very reasonably priced. In fact, if you don't have many contacts almost all the great features are free. For $12 you get more contacts and storage space and some premium integrations. You can't beat that. The Google integration is pretty good. Contacts ported over perfectly, even bringing along all my labels as tags! Impressive. The Gmail integration is adequate, if you don't mind the dropbox approach (I don't). So far, so good. Unfortunately, the Calendar integration blows. You can subscribe Capsule to Google Calendar by url, which means you can create appointments in Capsule and see them in Gcal, but not adjust them there. Now: the Capsule CRM Android app has NO calendar/appointment tab, meaning you can only access your appointments (but not adjust them, remember) through your Gcal app. This is useless to me. Finally, one little story which I find worrisome. I "trialed" 3 CRMs at the same time. While trying them out, I inquired as to their future plans. LessAnnoyingCRM was excited about their "full-featured two-way Google calendar integration" due out in May. OnePageCRM bragged about their on-board Gmail integration and marketing rollout. Both these features are potential game-changers. So what was Capsule crowing about? Their LOGO. I kid you not: "The new Capsule logo is unique, made up of switches and buttons to capture the essence of control over your business. Our new color scheme is vibrant and modern while feeling professional and trustworthy. With the logo in place, Focus completed our brand guidelines which define everything we need to know about our new brand, from typography choices through to voice and tone." So, while the other two CRMs were showcasing new productivity-enhancing features, Capsule was bragging about purchasing a new logo. Clueless.

We have been using Capsule for a few years. Implementation and integration in to other Apps such as Xero is very simple. It intuitive and does most things well. Our only issue is that there is no user defined access. Once you log in, you see everything. As an entry level CRM it does a great job.

Love it, use it every day. Would be nice to have a native integration with persoanl Google calendar (like ManyMoon) and not just a calendar subscription.

We originally started with a competitor of Capsule's, but after receiving no help from customer support - or no response for that matter, we switched to Capsule. So far the application has performed very well, has a very nice UI, and when we had to contact customer support, we received a human response within 24 hours on a weekend (not necessary, but appreciated). It also seems that they listen to their community for feature requests.

As a manager Capsule helps me keep track of what my team are working on with our customers and partners without them having copy me in on everything. The gmail gadget makes it really easy to store messages and new contacts into Capsule. I also find the iPhone app really useful when I'm out of the office.

I have used or consulted on dozens of CRMs and Capsule is, in my opinion, the easiest and most customizable. It's also refreshingly elegant. There isn't any of the fluff or graphics that typically fog and confuse new users. I use it in concert with Google Apps and couldn't be happier. We've used it for about a year and a half. Support is INCREDIBLE. I've had an answer to any question I've had by a personal support tech within hours each time I've needed it. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Been trying Capsule for 2 months now and really pleased with it. Now I have Gmail, I find the integration works seamlessly. Tried a lot of different CRM's but this one works really well and support is also very good. Really easy to add fee proposals as opportunities within Gmail and I am quickly becoming more organized now.

I'm using Capsule for 1 year now. Great CRM. This gadget made me switch to read and send mail in the browser, using my Google Apps account. Extremely effective and super fast.

We have been using Capsule for about a year and it does everything a small business needs. Its simple and effective. Its mobile friendly and we have it fully integrated with our google apps so our contacts and tasks are shared across users. If you are looking for in depth data collection and reporting this is not for you; if you need something that supports the basic building blocks for a small business and lets you concentrate and sales and delivery than this is for you. We have integrated it with Fresh Books, Mail Chimp and Wufoo forms creating a small ERM for our company that works. I would highly recommend it.

Been using Capsule CRM for several months and I have to say the product is awesome. I've used both Salesforce and Sugar in the past; both are overkill for a small business like mine. We needed a CRM to track potential clients and potential vendors. It is super-easy to do both in Capsule. The interface is simple and intuitive, and the integration with our Google Enterprise email works really well. The ability to save emails directly from my Google business email into Capsule makes the process really efficient. I can also add a task or opportunity from email. There are a couple of small issues I that I'd like to see fixed as the software matures. Importing a picture from LinkedIn when I link to a person's profile would be a big time saver. Also, finding a way to select which files I want to bring in from a stored email would be a nice way to eliminate unwanted image files. But overall these are minor. This is a great app at a great price. If you are using Google Enterprise Email, and need a simple CRM that integrates really, really well, this will work very well for you.
