We were checking all of them: Only Capsule had all included, from excellent contact management, customer support cases treatment, management of leads and sales pipeline, and Google Apps integration. And all works easily, stable and has just the right amount of customization capabilities. Great job, very happy customer.

Easy to integrate, fast to get by, flexible and intuitive. It would probably be advisable to integrate with more third-party services for higher connectivity and social data monitoring, and improve visual reporting on sales pipelines for better BI. All in all you have all that you need in a nicely integrated Google Apps CRM nonetheless.

We have been using Capsule for over a year now. Overall, it is a GREAT entry-level CRM, and the integration with Google Apps is perfect. The only issue we have run into is the filtering interface to generate lists of our clients based on time constraints. For example, we have no way to see a list of companies we have not contacted in more than 30 days. While their e-mail support is always timely, they will only accept feature requests through UserVoice, and in a full year we have not had any luck getting this essential feature added. The only other feature we see this missing is better duplication detection for organizations and users. To summarize, this is still our favorite entry-level CRM based on its clean Google Apps integration, but we have had frustrations with the filter system.

I have been using Capsule now for about 1 year and am thoroughly impressed and happy with the system. What I love most about it is I can customize my database fields in any way I want, specific to my business requirements. I also love how the database is easily accessible directly from within my Google email page. The data syncs instantaneously to my Google contacts, and equally important, instantly to my iPhone and iPad. The platform has been totally stable, always accessible, and fast. highly recommend this software to anyone interested in a simple to use, easily customizable, and valuable product.

Been using Capsule CRM for several months and I have to say the product is awesome. I've used both Salesforce and Sugar in the past; both are overkill for a small business like mine. We needed a CRM to track potential clients and potential vendors. It is super-easy to do both in Capsule. The interface is simple and intuitive, and the integration with our Google Enterprise email works really well. The ability to save emails directly from my Google business email into Capsule makes the process really efficient. I can also add a task or opportunity from email. There are a couple of small issues I that I'd like to see fixed as the software matures. Importing a picture from LinkedIn when I link to a person's profile would be a big time saver. Also, finding a way to select which files I want to bring in from a stored email would be a nice way to eliminate unwanted image files. But overall these are minor. This is a great app at a great price. If you are using Google Enterprise Email, and need a simple CRM that integrates really, really well, this will work very well for you.

I was looking for a CRM that would be easier to integrate with my other systems and between CapsuleCRM's awesome dropbox capability where you can create people, notes, opportunities, or tasks via email and their API this was the clear choice. The interface is clean and easy to use, the tags and lists feature add a lot of power. The only thing missing is role and group based security but we're not looking for that feature right now. Highly recommend CapsuleCRM to any small business.

I switched from a server based CRM (Goldmine) to Capsule about 9 months ago. I liked it but it had a few deficiencies. Now that I've switched to hosted Google email and an android based phone, Capsule really shines.

CapsuleCRM is the solution I chose after reviewing several options based on several parameters. This review is focusing on the GoogleApps integration. It's the best out there I've seen for a SaaS CRM solution. HOWEVER: it would be nice to have an "automatically store messages" option, so I don't have to click "Store Message" in the Apps bar after sending or receiving each message. And if there's only one opportunity relating to a contact, it could have an option to automatically "File under" that opportunity. In the case of multiple opportunities, *then* it could allow the user to manually choose which Opportunity to "file under".

CapsuleCRM is the future. Instead of rushing out features, each one is calculated and released when it's ready. Very happy with the stability, speed, and discipline in the layout process / UI. The android mobile app is extremely useful, and these guys know how to plan upgrades and releases. We run an extremely organized office, and this application fits with our needs perfectly.

We have been using Capsule for a few years. Implementation and integration in to other Apps such as Xero is very simple. It intuitive and does most things well. Our only issue is that there is no user defined access. Once you log in, you see everything. As an entry level CRM it does a great job.
