The CleverYak add-on for GSuite lets you quickly set up interviews directly within Google Calendar and GMail on desktop and mobile.
To set it up:
1. Install the CleverYak add-on from the G Suite Marketplace on your desktop browser.
2. Once installed, open the add-on from the right-hand toolbar and follow the set-up instructions.
You’ll need a CleverYak account (create a free account if you don't have one yet). Once signed in, retrieve your organisation code. You’ll find this in the ‘Organisation Menu’. Copy and paste the organisation code into the add-on setup, and you’re ready to go.
Calendar Invites (Google Calendar on desktop or mobile).
To set up a CleverYak interview in Calendar, tap the ‘Add video conferencing’ option in your calendar event and select ‘CleverYak interview’. A unique interview link is generated and added to your calendar event. You can do this in Google Calendar on desktop or the Google Calendar mobile app.
GMail Invites (GMail on desktop or mobile).
In Gmail, tap the CleverYak icon in the toolbar when you create or reply to a mail. A unique interview link is generated and added to your mail message. When creating a mail on mobile, you’ll need to tap the 3-dots menu and select ‘Insert from CleverYak’.
