Issues with the add on so far: 1) When I save a communication or attachment to an email, it works. I then move to the next email and it will say that it was already saved but for the matter that I had selected for the previous email. So now the wrong communication and attachments are saved to the wrong matter. Now I have to download the attachments and upload them to the right Clio matter which completely negates the point of this add on. 2) When I choose a matter to save the email to and it tells me the matter doesn't exist. However, the matter exists because I am looking at it in Clio. Again I have to download the attachments and upload them to Clio. 3) Unless I am missing it - why can't we save to closed matters? 4) By default, the add on now always has a matter selected when I go to a new email. When I am going through a large amount of emails, I see that a matter is selected and I click log to communication. Then I realize that it was a mistake and I didn't select a matter but I cannot go back and reverse what I have done. Why by default, is there always a matter selected? This was not happening the last few weeks. 5) Lastly, every time I save an attachment to a matter and then view the matter on Clio->Matter->Documents the saved document from the add on shows up in a folder called Attachments. Every single time I save an attachment from a new email it creates a new folder inside of the matter called attachments. So now for a specific matter I might have 10+ folders called attachments where I have to click inside of each on to see what document(s) are inside. However, when you upload a document directly to a matter in Clio it just saves to the Documents and not a new sub-folder.
