Great in theory, but almost uselessly slow in reality.

So far it's working well enough to keep it, but I agree with others that it is very slow processing and I am also on fast internet and a brand new Microsoft Surface Pro 7 where everything else is lightning fast. The other major suggestion I would make is the ability to select multiple emails to move at once (as in click the boxes for however many emails you need to move them with one click) instead of having to open each email and move them one at a time. When I try to select multiple emails, the Clio app doesn't recognize them and still says to open an email. Everything about this app is slow right now...

We are long time users of Clio and G Suite. This is a great concept ruined by the painfully slow lag time of the integration. (No, I'm on a gigabit fiber connection with a brand new machine, latest OS and plenty of RAM. It's not my connection.) For some reason the Clio Gmail extension takes a long time to call back to Clio for each action, such that it's almost faster for me to print each email to pdf and save to Dropbox. Speed this thing up to work in real time and you get 4 stars. If all I had to do was type a shortcut key, search for a matter name/number, and hit Enter, you get 5 stars.

I appreciate what it does, but on update, can you get it to scroll to ALL emails in a chain for adding time entries (I had 37 in the chain, but could only see about 12) and can you get it to make time entries based on the date of the email, not the date it is being processed.

This is working great. I would like to make a suggestion. It would be nice if you could create tasks from this program.

It works for a very select number of emails we receive. It thinks many of them are spam and will not allow me to log them or save attachments. I can not seem to find a way around this. It works well for the ones it does accept.

I have a similar problem with emails I receive from a referring attorney. It will not accept her emails, and there is no way to let the extension know it is not spam. I have to forward her emails to myself in order to have clio log them to the correct matter.

This does not work at all. It never finds the correct matter for me even when I copy and paste the matter information directly from Clio. This is wasting my time.

The e-mail extension is somehow getting slower and can't find the file I am looking for half the time so it is faster for me to just keep forwarding the e-mails to the mail drop than to use the extension. It does not log replies--at all. It gets very confused if you delete anything you're doing in the string and someone replies to that string. Whether or not it will save an attachment is completely random because it is not the same types of files it will recognize or ignore, it is not the same senders, it is not the time of day, it is not even the browser (because it will ignore things just the same in Firefox as it will in Chrome).  Since you guys introduced the extension, as well, not all of the attachments save from the maildrop feature, either, so I am constantly having to go back to verify files are being saved in the maildrop.  It would be better if the log saved the actual .eml file to the file instead of having to sort through whatever it is that is going on, though I'm not sure how your program would then translate it to the "searchable" communication.  It also always defaults to a random file--not necessarily in alphabetical order--and I have no way of knowing which file it is going to land on but only very rarely does it get that I have been logging the same file over the last two hours (before it decides, "Nah, you wanted to keep typing it so we're going to let you.") I should also mention I am not sure which version I have--the old or the new. The link to here tells me I have to uninstall from the Admin Console which is not possible because I can only turn it on or off from the admin console (G-Suite).
