Update -- here is what worked for me, in case someone else uses GSuite for their business. I uninstalled the add-on in my GSuite account by clicking on my photo in the upper right corner, then on google account > security > apps with 3rd party access. I waited 24 hours, then this morning re-installed the add-on but as an individual installation instead of a domain-wide installation, and now it works again.
This was working fine, but as of Monday this week, it has completely stopped working. When it used to work, it was great. But now I just get an error that "something went wrong." I spent about two hours over two days talking to Clio and they don't know what's wrong. First they tried to tell me it was a problem with GSuite, so I spoke to Google for an hour. No, it's a problem with the add-on. I hope they get it fixed soon.
