It's must-have app for small G Suite teams. There is backup, signature control, templates, label sharing,... Again: just a MUST-HAVE.

I've been using cloudHQ now for 4 months and it has been working great. It was super easy to set up. And everything can be done online - no need to talk to a sales representative. They also support G Suite account with just a few users which is great for my business. And no data limitations! Some competition requires a minimum number of users or they charge by amount of data.

We have been using cloudHQ since early 2014. We first started using it as tool to sync Dropbox accounts with Google Drive (Google Docs). And cloudHQ evolved. In 2019, we use it for: - backup - label sharing, - email campaigns, - export emails to spreadsheets. Bravo.

I trusted and placed an order. I was satisfied with the free service. I was expecting to get a better service and good support for the premium service, but I made a big mistake. I never experienced such terrible support. According to their policy in the first days, I requested them to refund me, but they behaved to me with contempt. I do not understand how there are some people who like their services. Maybe because they only used free services.

Excellent backup product for G Suite and Dropbox. We have been a customer for years. We also also use their "Save Emails to PDF" - very neat set of tools. Not only does it "just work", its a breeze to use, and they have top-notch support - we love Pauline :-))

We use cloudHQ to export emails to Google sheets. For accounting and expense tracking. We have several members of our team that manage purchases and forwarding email receipts was never quite effective - ability to put everything in shared spreadsheets is gold.

We discovered that label sharing gives us simple way to manage customer support issues. It does exactly what we want it to do and it is simple. We tested Freshdesk and few other customer service portals, but we are small team - the other systems are way too complicated for us. The simplicity and integration with G Suite made things much easier. We've been using for 3 years and very, very happy with our choice.
