Great tool for offboarding. Mainly for the email migration piece. Love the admin tools as well. Being able to set OOO replies, add delegates, etc. has made life much easier. We use Okta, gsuite and it was a pain having to login to the accounts to do something that takes seconds now. Only 4 stars because it still has some hiccups. But support is good. Keep in mind UK based, so the tickets are usually answered overnight.

Functionality is close but not there yet. Contact Sharing is principal reason for using CloudM. Cloud M creates multiple duplicates of some contacts in user's contacts. CloudM's only suggestion before closing the case was that we use Google contacts Merge feature to eliminate dups. 1.) Each user would need to merge contacts regularly. 2.) Google contacts merges similar contacts as well as exact duplicates. With over 500 dups per user, manual merge is not feasible. Smart Contacts is not accurately adding all tagged contacts to groups.

Good stuff! Very helpful tool for administration of G Suite. Best features are signature sync/push and email mailbox delegation.

CloudM's support is terrible. No transparency on billing. For a long time, they had no place to log in and see the actual billing information for your account - you had to ask their support desk to email it to you - ridiculous for a tech company. After they did a big overhaul to their site/product UX, we have been unable to log in and our account shows as being empty...cannot change any of our domain settings, etc. Their support is totally ineffective and just asks you questions and asks for screenshots instead of identifying your account and giving you instructions or guidance on what to do. Many other ways to accomplish what they do these days...do not use them.

We left them because they started charging ridiculous prices for the same system. Everyone needs to make a living, but you shouldn't do it at the expense of your business, and then tie them into a 3 year contract. Who does that??! I suspect they've lost a lot of customers recently.

They don't want you. They can't do what you pay for. And they don't response for support. Suddenly they diside to stop sharin google contacts.

Used to be a great system; technically, it's still a great system. However, like BetterCloud did; the CloudManager folks have decided to gouge their smaller clients now that they've grown big enough. Once a company won't even list pricing on their website, you know they've turned the dark corner. Just going to add it to the list of products that I took a chance on when they were small just to get screwed when they find success.
