We left them because they started charging ridiculous prices for the same system. Everyone needs to make a living, but you shouldn't do it at the expense of your business, and then tie them into a 3 year contract. Who does that??! I suspect they've lost a lot of customers recently.

They don't want you. They can't do what you pay for. And they don't response for support. Suddenly they diside to stop sharin google contacts.

Used to be a great system; technically, it's still a great system. However, like BetterCloud did; the CloudManager folks have decided to gouge their smaller clients now that they've grown big enough. Once a company won't even list pricing on their website, you know they've turned the dark corner. Just going to add it to the list of products that I took a chance on when they were small just to get screwed when they find success.

Our non-profit has been using CloudManager for a few years now. We use it to manage not only board members, but all of our many volunteers. We are able to put them into various smart groups depending on what they do for the non-profit. We do this by using tags. It makes managing them so much easier. Love it!

We've started using CloudManager to limit access to our Google account, and have found its other features (provisioning, de-provisioning users, standard signatures) very helpful, even with a small number of users.

throws me in an endless loop of error messages when I attempt to connect to Gsuite. Anyone else experience this? (your domain) has not been fully setup for use with CloudManager Your domain has not fully completed setup for use with CloudManager. In order to complete setup, a domain admin should have installed the application from the G Suite Marketplace and then visit this page and complete the setup process. If you are a domain admin and have not yet installed the application from the G Suite Marketplace, please click Visit Marketplace below. If you have installed the application from the G Suite Marketplace please continue the setup process.
