Collavate is a GWS(Google Workspace) based workflow and document review tool with integrations across GWS applications. We strive to make creating documents and collaborating with your team easy and intuitive across platforms and devices. With our Docs, Drive, Sheets, and Google Chat integration, it’s easy to stay up to date with the status of your work. Collavate makes it easy to track the change over time of your documents, and keep track of previous versions of your documents. We support the full lifecycle of your documents; create, discuss, and submit documents to other teams for approval, then edit, review, and resubmit for final approval. Collavate enables a simple workflow to get input from multiple channels, and create a well formed document.
Collavate’s Google Workspaces Add-ons allow our clients to access Collavate from many GWS applications. We have direct add-ons for Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Slides, as well as integrations with Google Chat (a chatbot), and an upcoming Google Forms approval tool.
Collavate provides a more simple and intuitive experience than our competition; simply create a document, and assign reviewers to the document. Each person will get an email where they can approve, reject, comment, or sign the document directly from their inbox.

Use our amazing automated template reports to automatically create detailed reports in Google Sheets! When an approval is completed, the specified data is saved in the Google Sheets report for both the approval document, and the attachment included in the approval. Use this to track the date, time, and user who reviews your documents!
