Copper CRM is the most useless CRM i have ever used. It would work well if you have very un-demanding users, who do not want report on data or manage a pipeline. Simply terrible. Here is what you CAN'T do: report on activities, or create simple dashboards without learning how to write SQL-like queries. It takes AN HOUR to update all of the data to to see an updated sales dashboard. Also, most of their help guides do not work, and require speaking to someone from support, which takes 24-48 hours!! The fact that they describe this as a "Productivity First CRM tool" is laughable - you must be kidding me. for what you get, it is the most overpriced tool on the market. you may pay less per seat, but since there is so much additional time and effort required to get it to work, it is actually the most expensive. Simply not worth the cost.

I used the free trial and was contemplating adding it to our G Suite but I am concerned after reading some of the reviews regarding support and billing issues. Does anyone else had similar issues with billing or getting a human response from Copper?

Nice! I love the integration with G-Suite! Its hard to overstate the value of not having to enter each and every new data point. Great stuff! More integrations please!

Ct is probably really great I don't know. I signed up for the 14-day free trial. with the monthly billing if I liked the program. within 20 seconds they debited the years fee from my account $1400. I reached out to billing, which sent me an article and said "does this help if not, let us know" of course the article did not help. I realized you cannot text, call, chat or talk to a real person. You only get a bot service that creates tickets and continually sends you articles while you wait 24 to 48 hours before someone will possible get back to you. Well that's frustrating, especially when you are in the decision making process and you see the level of support you are getting from the get go. I see why the call it "Copper" I got robbed in 20 seconds and no one to complain too but a bot who can send me useless articles,

Same STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - I took out a subscription for 1 year. Decided that it was not up to scratch within 4 months. Prosperworks would not refund my year left over subscription at the time. 2 weeks ago Copper/Prosperworks took another years subscription - when I complained and requeted a refund I got this message. "In order to cancel your subscription, you must notify us in writing at least 60 days prior to the auto renewal of your annual subscription. Doing so will ensure your subscription is not renewed for another year but again, will not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for the remainder of your existing annual subscription term." This is FRAUD & STEALING - stay away from this company!

I didn't ever have to give my credit card information for my free trial. It sounds like you accidentally purchased the annual subscription instead of using the free trial. In my experience they've been extremely helpful. Within a day or so of signing up they contacted me to answer any questions I had about the service. Even when I told them that we were a small business and only going to be having maybe two users they still spent 30 minutes walking me through the program (which I found was super easy to use) and they even scheduled a follow up call for the next week to help me figure out how to use Zapier to help automate a lot of the things we already do.

ProsperWorks has increased my productivity immensely. I don't have to reenter data or search for lost emails. It's all organized in one place. So smart!
