Sadly similar experience with Copper as what it seems a lot of users have had. To compound the pain, appears once they got our credit card details they have been debiting it year on year besides the fact we decided not to proceed with the CRM. When raised with support you get templated responses and no customer sensitivity to the face we haven't used the service for the 3 years they billed us. We didn't even want a refund of the three years, just the current billing period. Hell, even a offer to refund the remaining 7 months we won't use would have been soemthing. Had the same issue with other cloud software providers and they refunded the whole amount immediately after checking account usage and confirming what we said was true. Very sad they used the trial and having our credit card details in this way... We will never consider copper again as a result of this experience.

I'm going to have to agree with some of the users of how useless Copper CRM is. I've never seen a relational database that does not easily displays or show related IDs. If you were ever going to migrate to another system or at least maintain or share with another, makes it extremely difficult and almost impossible to do so with all the related tables intact with an enormous about of work. I've been migrating relational database for almost 20 years now and this is for sure the first I've come across with this problem.

Terrible customer service. No live assistance or support. Shady terms of service, read very closely. They over billed me and offer no assistance due to their terms. You can not get anyone on the phone, chat is no help. Lack of quality training, setup help and support videos and on it goes. I do not recommend this company. This is my first negative review of any company and hopefully my last. It's a bad feeling when a big company does not do the right thing.

Mark - I agree with you. I have just wasted close to 10 days firstly trying to Connect Fields only to be told that this is not possible with a basic account (I was shocked to say the least). Then when I tried to set up a new user with a account I was told that because I had signed up for an annual plan - all other users had to be on annual plans. This is fine for larger organizations but when you don't know whether a new team member will stay past the first few months, why should we be paying for the year for them? The response time was unacceptable. Let's hope the new CEO sorts this company out. It's a great platform but not so great where you are forced to wait a week to add a new user.
