Works well but two key features needed - connecting to multiple Salesforce orgs and longer schedules for auto-refresh (need options like every 7 days so you can schedule them for low traffic times and any manual fixes needed for flawed data from reports don't require constant daily attention to fix)

A few problems here: no saved templates for recurring imports (you have to start over from scratch every time); missing frequencies of data refreshes (eg, no weekly or monthly, daily is the highest); does not seem to support summary or matrix reports from Salesforce, so I need to create a tabular version just to be able to import into google sheets.

when I fetch the data from Salesforce Manually or match the no of rows in the sheet. I got surprised to see that some rows are missing in the sheet but also I notice one thing that the difference is the same all the time I do this activity 3 times and I got 7 missing rows always in the sheet. Kindly resolve this ASAP. Is anyone also face the same issue kindly let me know so that I am confident that it is a bug.

I very much like the idea of this tool. But I've regularly had some issue with the 'update' feature, where it reports that records are updated, but it apparently isn't so. Today I have a new issue where a report that I pull into Google Sheets with this connector is a few rows short! I get one set of results running in Salesforce or exporting from Salesforce and then importing that xls file, but a different set (missing a few rows of legit data) when I use the connect to pull in the same report's data. If I can't rely on the data I get with the connector, then I really can't use it.

It is changing the dates upon upload. Seems to only happen on Dec 30 & 31 dates. I try to import 12/31/2019 but it changes to 12/31/2020, or 12/30/12018 uploads to 12/30/2019. I can't seem to be able to get any support to help with this issue. This is ruining my accounting data in salesforce - changing transactions from one accounting period to another. Would be great otherwise. Help!?!

Are you ensuring that the date is actually a date, and not a datetime? If it's a datetime, then you may need to ensure that it's set to be UTC rather than local time...

The ability to have SF reports updated automatically in Sheets is immensely useful and a big time saver. However, because a user can write into SF from Sheets, this add on is blocked by my enterprise. There needs to be a verison of this add on with read only access for the majority of users who only need access to SF reports.

Does this plugin respect Salesforce S&S? Meaning, if a user tries to perform a Create/update/delete action on SF data using this plugin but they DO NOT have CUD access, will they be blocked? Or does this plugin act like other data migration tools that overrides Salesforce S&S?

Useful and quick but would love the ability to quick switch or at least see which org it's currently connected to. I've accidentally inserted users into production which can't be undone. Haven't personally experienced any of the data changes and/or limits mentioned in other reviews.
