It's intended for corporate email. There is no way to uninstall it either.

Hi Robert, Sorry to hear the Add-On is not what you were looking for. To uninstall, navigate to Gmail Settings > Add-Ons > Manage (Dialpad) > Options > Remove. Best, Laura

Hi everyone, It just came to our attention that a bug within Gmail is preventing all G Suite administrators from installing any add-ons on their account. Google is working on it. You can read about it here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/6166309?hl=en. In the meantime, the add-on is still downloadable for regular users, so if members of your team would like to try it out, they can download it above.

I'm greyed out, too. Chrome and Canary are both up to date and not letting me install.
Also not offering "install" option; it is greyed out.

Hi John, if you're on a web browser, the add-on will appear as the Dialpad logo on the right side of your inbox. Simply click on that to authorize and begin using.
