Serious privacy concerns across the board on the service itself and their website tracking and 15-20 data analytics plug-ins they use on their sites, even after you're a paying customer. More troubling is that the privacy policy disavows all responsibility for switch.co's use of any "third party" content. Disingenuous since they decide how much to monetize their customers info in the first place. The argument that ads are ok since they allow "free" websites to operate doesn't apply here. Also watch out for the "administrative recovery" fees of up to 20% on your bill. Was really disappointed that switch.co wants to be just like AT&T in this regard. Why can't they just be upfront about pricing? As a small business owner my administrative compliance costs are also big, but I don't tack on extra fees to my customers' invoices. (Anticipating the company's response, yes, I did eventually find reference to the fees buried in vague language in your legalese, but in the 45 minute phone call I had regarding pricing with your rep it wasn't mentioned.) These fees are on top of federal, state and local taxes which pushed up the total for extra fees to 30-35% of the advertised price. Taxes are taxes, of course and will be applied to any phone service. Finally, one switch.co rep in December told me that they keep recordings of all calls made over the service in the form of "voice data packets". Very surprising this is even legal, but it was the bottom line reason why we couldn't use in our business where we are legally obligated to protect our customers' privacy. The privacy policy is also quite vague in regards to privacy of customer use data. I couldn't find any guarantees of confidentiality in any regard. As a company started by employees of the world's largest advertising company, I guess no one should be surprised about switch.co's very loose approach to customer privacy and comfort monetizing seemingly any aspect of customer's data. I agree with all the 5-star reviews regarding design, ease of use, etc. The product really is nice and slick. Would be great for anyone comfortable with all the above issues.

This is seriously my favorite thing ever. We get thousands of calls before our big event with the Parliament of the World's Religions, if we had this we would have a much easier time dealing with calls. Looking forward to using it during the next Parliament.
