It's really slow, can't search, and generally a pain to use.

It is much easier to do "save as..." to download, or simply drag from the folder to add to an email than to use this app's interface

Downloading email attachments to Dropbox folder - can only do one at a time! What? We pay for this.

Cool that you can add files to email. However, if I need to add more than one file it is very terrible. Every file you want to add it starts with the root dropbox folder and I need to navigate all the way to the files I need to add for every single file. It should be smart and allow me to select multiple files or at the very least when I click to add the second file it starts in the last folder I was in, not go all the way back to the root folder. Thanks.

It is not as good as the original Dropbox app and has fewer features. We need the ability to add multiple files at once into an email instead of one by one. Also, can you make the app open the last folder destination instead of the main Dropbox folder? I have to navigate to the correct folder every time so adding multiple file links into an email becomes time-consuming. I prefer the old app.

Unreliable. Frequently fails to work, with the uninformative error message of "Something went wrong when executing the add-on."

Completely useless. Incredible how something like this could get past an entire highly-paid dev and coding teams; past management/engineering, and then to final product rollout. Can't attach more than 1 file at a time, no search function, useless side icon, as well as completely sluggish performance. I will keep using Gmails auto-attachment link interface until something better arrives. Hate having to use multiple cloud based services but I guess thats just where we are in the year 2022/2023. Massive disappointment.

It generally works well, but starting always at the root folder and having to upload files one by one is not good enough.

Long time fan and user of dropbox but this extension is a huge step backwards. Very cumbersome to attach things, especially if you need to attach multiple things. Its slow and not intuitive at all. I hate to say this but MS OneDrive's ability to attach things via link is better... and that hurts me to say. I would score it lower but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they will do the right thing. Please bring back the old chrome extension!!!

So clunky. You can't select multiple files to upload or download, so you have to go through the entire painfully slow process of finding the right folder over and over.
