This score Is based on one thing. when you select the Dropbox Icon in the Gmail compose page it brings up a list of folders and files to pick (without per say leaving gmail). Problem is if you scroll down it only list about 7 or 8 files then you have to keep hitting the scroll to find files. with 7,000 photos this tends to suck. I can find it fast going to dropbox itself. I totally agree with Sean Cole below, it needs a recent page or something and it also should look like windows explorer with respect to what is shown. That being said I obviously don't the limits of designing such a request.

When properly installed there is a dropbox icon at the bottom of the compose page next to the paperclip and other options.

Needs a 'Recents' page to make it easier to get to the file you've just worked on that needs uploading.

This is a true miss from their development team. Cumbersome and repetitive, I use DropBox because it is usually customizable and user friendly to save and share files. Unfortunately, this Gmail add-on offers none of this functionality I have come to expect from DropBox. Where is the multiple file selection or start from a certain folder option when saving or accessing files. Perhaps adding a recent file and/or folder section to make organizing information faster.

I like it a lot, because I can easily share files between my laptop and phone. But I will say it can be a little slow at uploading files from my phone even with high speed cable internet.

Absolutely terrible!!! I t is easier to just open the dropbox desktop app and create a shared link and then copy and paste it. A totally agree with Armando Baralt. This updated app is very "light weight" You cannot do a search, cannot arrange folders or files by upload date, cannot select multiple folders and now they added pages so you have to scroll multiple pages to get to the file you want to insert. Seems users were not consulted on this app. Sorry Dropbox. Can't wait to see the updated version.
