Email Address Extractor
The Gmail add-on extracts email addresses and names from email messages. It can extract emails from the message header (To, From, CC, ReplyTo fields), the email body and the email subject line. The emails are then saved in your Google Spreadsheet that can be later imported into other email services like Outlook, Google Contacts, or you CRM application like Salesforce.

Overview
The Email Address Extractor extracts email addresses from your Gmail and GSuite account and saves them in a Google Spreadsheet. The add-on can pull emails from the TO field (Recipients), the FROM field (Sender), CC field, BCC field, Reply-To address, the Email Body and the Email Subject line.

You can also choose to extract names (aliases) of email senders and message recipients from the email header, if they are available.

The add-on runs in your Google Account and does not share or upload your data anywhere. It reads your Gmail messages and saves the emails directly in a Google Sheet in your Google Drive.

The Email extractor add-on is fully functional but the free edition can process a maximum of 250 email threads from your Gmail mailbox. Should you wish to extract email addresses from a large number of Gmail labels, please go to https://digitalinspiration.com/GA07 to upgrade to the premium edition.

The extractor add-on will apply the Label "Extracted" to all Gmail messages that have been processed. Once the extraction is complete, you can safely remove the label from your Gmail account manually.

You can use advanced Gmail search operators to extract email addresses from specific messages. For instance, you can say from:paypal newer_than:7d to extract addresses from all emails of PayPal that were received in the last week.

I use GMASS and I wanted to get a list of all of the emails that clinked the link in my Gmass campaign. Looked like all was set up perfect until I clicked extract and nothing happened. I tried multiple variables but it did not work with my gmass categories

I did upgrade to Premium because I was trying to extract everything I could. However, even though there were thousands of email addresses, I'm finding many missing as I scrub. Is there a way to extract the remaining or do I have to do a full download again? Took me days to scrub out the bad ones I don't need, but missing a lot of real contacts. Help! Thank you

No need to waste money on it. Google provides a FREE & a better way. Here's how to extract all your email address from Gmail. 1. click the 9 dots on your upper right screen 2. then click "contacts" 3. You will be directed to your contacts, on the left navigation click "Other contacts". You will be able to view all your email contacts. 4. Click all and then click the 3 dots on the upper part then export. 5. You'll have the list of your contacts P.S. Step 4 is little tricky. To select "ALL" , you have to select at least 1 contact - then the top toolbar shows up - use the first dropdown to select all contacts then click the 3 dots to get the export menu. Congrats! You just saved $29. If you found this helpful, give it thumbs up so that this review could show up and more people will be able to read it and get benefit.

I just started using it. I am not sure some comments mention that it does not work well. So far so good in my case. Support response time could be improved. I am still trying to understand the difference between the Unique Emails at the right side of the Sheet and the ones on the Email Addresses (with duplicates) column. How can I separate them or use them in my mailing list.
