Having using this company's G Merge Mail Merge add-on I was already familiar with the high quality of their products. So when the need arose for automated approval workflows in our org I immediately thought of this app. It hasn't disappointed - it's exactly what we need for so many situations. As a fully Google G Suite district we don't want to reinvent the wheel with third-party sites or apps for workflows, so this tool fits the need perfectly. There's a bit of a learning curve to setting up workflows, but it integrates very easily into Google Sheets and the dashboard is very good. We're going to use the heck out of these workflows! I'm reserving the last star for improved UI/UX work in a few areas - the checkbox for "continue workflow after this step" is not intuitive at all, and the dashboard itself could use a bit more polish. Approval records in the list run together with LONG IDs and are difficult to distinguish from each other without including custom fields from within the forms. Long forms require the user to scroll way down before finding the reviewer controls. It's not clear that clicking on the workflow in "Manage Workflows" digs down into the workflow controls. Little things like this, attention to the UI/UX, would push it over the top for me. Also the addition of more flexible workflows outside mere approve/deny, which could push it into the realm of a basic help desk kind of tool. (In fact we're trying to use it that way, clumsily, in another department.) Overall this tool will save us countless hours for relatively little money! Well worth it.
