All this seems to do is just launch FreshDesk. One can do that just by bookmarking (or manually typing) the URL. Unless I'm missing something and need education, I'm not too impressed with this one.

Freshdesk did an update to the app and now it takes multiple clicks just to sign on to the helpdesk. Before when if I was already signed into my email I could just launch freshdesk without me asking which account to use, and then another page telling me my administrator has approved the page. This is three more clicks added making our users very upset with the changes. We will probably dump this product soon if freshdesk can not revert back prior to the change.
