I like the app but the free part is smaller then I would like it to be. I think the capabilities are great with the purchased version and I would like to do much more with it but it won't be in our budget anytime soon. I will have to look for a cheaper or free alternative. Thanks FreshService.

Perhaps I'm just not big enough for the full range of features, however it does work wonders as far as keeping track of it all.

We have been using the app for 6 months, works well for our helpdesk. User Interface and functionality are clean and easy to work with. Would recommend to others looking for hosted help desk solution.

After 1 week of use, am very happy with this app so far. We are using the Free version to begin with and it has no restrictions compared to a paid version for a (for our initial small team of 3), which is great. I also like the single-sign on with Google Apps, which is important to use in terms of user adoption and use. Good admin controls & we also like the "Solutions" database to provide our list of FAQs etc. Current verdict = best product (certainly for free) of the several I've trialled so far. Will maybe upgrade this review to 5* once I've tested it out more!

Great service desk system. I would totally recommend the app to anyone looking for a hosted service desk system. It has a great user interface and it is extremely user friendly.
