Hi there, I have a few questions - 1) how do you add multiple Xero organizations? So far I was only able to connect to one and I couldn't find the setting to add more organizations. 2) Is there a report to show the accounting report by divisions? thanks!

Hi G-Accon user, Let us answer your questions: 1). You don't add Xero organization, you need to set up templates for each of your organizations. Our application is based on templates. This is how it works... You log in to the first entity, create and execute the template, set up automation, and save your template in the cloud, log out from one company. Next step, you need to log in to another entity, load the saved template, execute it, set up automation... and do it for all your companies. Then you can close your spreadsheet - you don't have to be logged in to any organizations - our app brings data from all your Xero entities based on the refresh schedules. The bottom line, you still need to spend time and set up templates for all your entities, but it will be only once. As soon as you set up everything, the automation process will work by itself - you will be just monitoring it. 2) There are multiple reports available to you. In Xero 'divisions' are called "tracking categories". There are Account Transaction, P&L, Tracking Summary, Age Receivable/Payable Details, Casg Summary, Payable Invoice Details, and other reports. Thank you for your question! Xero API Expense claims are deprecated from the API perspective. Xero introduced a new expense process approximately in 2019 and had not to implement the corresponding API for app partners like G-Accon. As soon as API is available to us, we will be happy to implement expenses for all our users.

timesout when trying to pull account transaction report. tried one month and a small account. Pretty much useless without this.

Thank you for your feedback. There are limits on how much data you can pull using a single request in an Account transaction. As we don't see details in your post we assume you pull data for multiple years which causes the timeout. In this situation we usually suggest to our customers to split data by chunking it out using Date Range. If you use our automation, we would suggest further action to spread the schedule and refresh data on the template level at different times. Any questions can be asked by sending email to support. We will answer all your questions and give you the solution.

I just love using this tool. So much time is saved! Excellent new reports! The new automation feature where I can just schedule my uploads and do it for multiple spreadsheets and for a different Xero organizations is absolutely brilliant. I am using multiple accounts in google and xero but it does not support g-accon.. gives the following message when I am trying login to xero "This action is not supported while logged into multiple accounts in the same domain or multiple consumer accounts. Please log out and try again."

G-Accon supports logging into multiple Xero accounts using one primary google account. There are two ways to resolve the issue: 1. If you own Google domain you need to install G-Accon for Xero add-on through domain console as a trusted add-on. 2. You need to be primarily logged in the account where you installed G-Accon for Xero add-on. The message you are getting is coming from Google security as you did not accept all application scopes during add-on installation. Thank you for keep adding new reports! I love this tool - it excellent add-on. I use the auto refresh feature which save me ton of my time. Very easy to use UI, a lot of wonderful features such as email notifications, alerts, scheduler, and data refreshes. Love it! Support is also great!

We have been using this add on since the early days. It is well written and easy to use. It really helps us pull together our financial reporting much more quickly than without it. The app has continued to develop and get better over time with added functionality being added. Love it!
