I'm having problems refreshing my reports. I get this message: "Unexpected error occured, please check your report in Salesforce. Joined reports are not supported." My reports aren't joined. I really need to know if this is going to be fixed.

Yep been using G-Connector for two years now roughly and was always able to refresh ALL sheets. Yes, you can refresh one sheet at a time, but I have too many reports that do that with and would be very time consuming. I built a separate sheet to pull info from those reports that gets pulled from SF with formulas to have better centralization.

Was using the free version, I cannot refresh any more my sheets with "Update all sheets" as it's now included only in the Premium version. TBH, changing features included in the free version is a very BAD commercial decision, and no communication on that before of course.

Changed free functionality without any notice. Now free users cannot leverage the "update all sheets" function which i've built off of, rendering my use of the product more trouble than its worth. At least communicate that stuff. I reached out and the response i got was that they "realized they weren't giving this feature to other users within the Xappex products free versions"...sounds to me like a squeeze in their freemium model to de-value existing free offerings.

"Refresh all sheet from Salesforce" is premium functionality. Try to use "Refresh Current Sheet from Salesforce" it should still work.

I believe I might have accepted a free trial for premium not that the trial has expired i cannot sync my report from Salesforce. I keep getting this pop up to "BUY". How can i got back to my free version. I have no need for premium since all i do is sync a report from SF.

Updated terms of service in March 2020 and now require the rights to see, edit, manage, and delete ALL of your Google Drive files, regardless of whether you use GConnector for those files. Absolutely no reason G Connector or Xappex needs that kind of access (again to see, edit, delete ALL of your files). I'll be uninstalling this App and I encourage everyone else to do the same until these terms are revised.

Hi, We've recently implemented several features (pulling Salesforce reports in Printable View and the ability to run G-Connector operations from user's AppsScript) that both require this permission to be present. Unfortunately, with Google script, there's no way to pick and choose permissions, the users need to give all permissions that may be used by the app. We will never use any of the provided permissions to access your information for any purpose other than required to provide you with the Salesforce connectivity functionality in Google sheets.

Amazing way to integrate Sheets and Salesforce. Love the hourly, bidirectional syncs! Thanks for the exceptional tool! One question/request for Xappex: Is there a way a sync could be triggered by a field update in Salesforce? Or is hourly our best option?

An update on this: you will be soon able to trigger the sync externally by calling an API endpoint. This way you'll be able to call that endpoint from salesforce on field update thus triggering the sync.

No, unfortunately, there's no way to interact between the user's script and G-Connector at this point.

Reliable, Flexible and really solves the problem of accessing, editing, updating, creating, etc… your data from/to Salesforce. I cannot imagine a workflow without it.

G-Connector solves the 'salesforce data outside of salesforce' problem REALLY well. The developers thought of MANY different use cases and I have had (several) wonderful interactions with their support team. 5 stars. Does exactly what is advertised (and a bit more). Well worth the cost.

Great app and easily worth the money. I use it regularly for a variety of tasks. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that, for some reason, my one of my automatic data pulls scheduled for weekly monday mornings at 9am has never worked. I do not have this problem with any other schedule, so, though a minor annoyance, it isn't enough to make me stop using the app or find it to be any less valuable.

Steven, We've seen issues with Google automatic triggers running at 8 and 9 am for some reason. Looks like by 8 am the users run out of some quota, which gets reset around 10. We're looking into optimizing the software to avoid these limits.
