Overview
G-Connector (formerly Enabler4Sheets) unlocks the Salesforce data loading functionality of the popular Microsoft Excel add-on (www.enabler4excel.com) in the Google Drive environment.
Save big on Salesforce licenses by providing your users with real-time view into Salesforce data by scheduling automatic refreshes of the previously pulled data and sharing the spreadsheet.
You will also save a lot of time by doing Salesforce data loads, queries, mass updates and insert not from Salesforce, but directly from your Google Spreadsheets.
You'll be able to pull data directly from Salesforce.com using a custom query or by simply pulling a report you'd previously created in Salesforce.com.
You can edit the data and push it back to Salesforce using Update command.
You can also import new data to Salesforce.com from your existing Google Spreadsheets using the Insert command.

I could not be happier with G-Connector. Most importantly, their support team is really responsive so I'm never left waiting too long when something isn't working as expected. Also, each new update has added a lot of useful features, and I'm looking forward to see how this tool develops over time.

Is TLS 2.0 going to affect this connection?

Justin, Salesforce disabling TLS 1.0 on March 4th will have no effect on G-Connector connectivity. You can verify this right now by connecting to any Sandbox. They have disabled TLS 1.0 for all sandboxes a while ago.

Using this tool, I am able to automatically pull data from my salesforce instance and publish it using a Google Sheet chart to the public. This is something I couldn't find a way to do without programming using my SF licneses! Love it!

I love this and it has never crashed/let me down. Gave it 4 stars because I would like the ability to sync dashboards.

This has opened a whole lot of new possibilities that we couldn't have envisioned before. I have teams working on Google Sheets who can see data and enter data without having to learn how to use Salesforce, and/or purchasing more expensive user accounts. Support has been extremely responsive too, and very proactive - a couple times they identified a problem, notified me and solved it before I even realized it existed!

Good news everyone! We have now found a way to pull reports from orgs with Lightning Experience enabled. No limitations on running reports any more!

Do you have any other scripts that make use of invoking calls to external services or web sites? Google gives you 20,000 to 100,000 (depending on Google account) calls that you can make to external services a day, and G-Connector makes use of that when going out to Salesforce. However, if you're only using G-Connector, 20,000 calls more than enough calls for one day to never see this error.

Had nice experience so far but, it's not working for past 2 days. It says "Unfortunately, pulling reports is not supported in Lightning Experience" when I'm trying to use "Get Reports" option.

Enabler4Sheets now supports pulling reports from orgs with Lightning Experience on!

Though I never used lightning, this was not working for me for last 2-3 days. Today, I tried it again and it's working perfectly. Thanks!

Abhishek, If your user profile was switched to Lightning Experience UI (the new fancy mobile-friendly UI Salesforce has been pushing), you won't be able to use the reports functionality of Enabler4Sheets, unfortunately. This has never worked and although we are working hard to find a way to pull reports for you - we had no luck so far, salesforce has disabled this possibility and it doesn't look like they are going to turn this back on. What changed in the last couple of days is that we started to detect if you have Lightning Experience UI on and we'll give you a message saying that it won't work. In the previous version reports would just fail silently. If you are sure that you don't have Lightning Experience enabled, but you are still getting this message - please let us know asap at support@xappex.com, that would mean that our Lightning detection mechanism is not working correctly.

Yes, have you had any luck fixing this? I am dead in the water without this.
