Used Gqueues for years on a paid plan. Queues are just lists. Simple or as customisable as you'll never imagine. Always with the extension to collect things like GTD, always add an email and do it at the right place in the list... always improving, great work Gqueues. I'm a huge fan of tagging and their saved search they called smart queues to sort by tag, date, name, and lots of options. Worth a try for anyone.

I've been using GQueues for 10 years on my laptop & phone, for my own writing and as a freelance researcher for others. It's how I know what I'm supposed to be doing on any given day, and what my priorities are. I find it wonderfully liberating to know that all those urgent but boringly repetitive tasks are going to pop up without me having to give them any brain space beforehand. Love the ability to color-code tasks and tag them as well, so I can easily search for everything relevant to Project X, or everything I've flagged as urgent priority.

I use GQueues every single day. I really like it, if someone ever wanted the president assassinated they could just put it on my Gqueues and I'd go do it without question. I'm basically using it as a CRM for my business now. The only reason I'm giving four and not five stars though is because of the lack of API technology. I'd love to establish something where my queues are captured into sheets at certain dates so I can track the progress of various tasks. Otherwise though I've tried a lot of productivity apps and Gqueues is by far my favorite.

GQueues for Google is the closest you can get to a perfect Task Manager for those living within the Google Ecosystem. I'm a long-time user of Omnifocus and Things. When our company went to the Google Ecosystem I was looking for Task Management that was better integrated. Enter GQueues. The ability to link emails to tasks within my Gmail tab on the fly is an amazing time saver. It is a solid program that I now look at throughout the day to manage my professional and personal life. Further, their support is the best I've ever experienced. They do not give "pat answers", they work with you until your question is completely answered. Can't wait to see this program continue evolving. Big fan of GQueues!

This software is not only simple and effective, it has something that is lacking in a lot of other software. Support. The people who support this product know it and go out of their way to help. I doubt that you will ever need them, but if you do, it's good to know they are there.

Been using this for years but still don't understand why Tasks cannot be Assigned to me within Gmail. Having to go through Hotmail as a workaround to get to Gmmail via forwarding is ridiculous. Even though the app is integrated into Gmail, this bundling is irrelevant to me. Gqueues on an Android phone compared to a PC version is limited. When a Task shows up in a Gmail Inbox, the item is seen and gets worked. Besides that, I love this app!

For years I've used GQueues to plan and organize my day, both personal and professional activities. What I like best is having Smart Queues that bring up a checklist of tasks I've scheduled for today, and another queue of previous tasks to check anything I missed. Another essential feature is the browser extension that allows scheduling a task from whatever email or webpage I'm viewing. Being a visual person, I like colour coding each of My Queues according to different work and personal roles. It's also useful being able to schedule Zoom meetings from the app. Nothing has helped get a handle on time as much as GQueues.

Gqueues is great, I use it every day. I really love the gmail integration - being able to create a gqueues task directly from an email. This feature alone is worth the money for me, who doesn't love inbox zero?
