Overview
System Requirements: you must have a Salesforce and a Groove account. Contact your Salesforce admin to install Groove in your Salesforce org.

Groove is an account-based sales engagement platform, which allows you to understand account-specific engagement data, and reach out in a systematical and goal-oriented manner. Groove deeply integrates with G-Suite and Salesforce to connect the dots between what's happening in your CRM with your inbox and on your calendar.

Groove for Gmail Add-on lets you get the context of each customer email and take action from wherever you are. Groove allows you to understand how your customers interact with your content and get an account summary for every email you open.

You can view all your installed Marketplace apps, remove an app, or share a link to the app with other members of your organization. Go to the Apps Marketplace at https://apps.google.com/marketplace. Sign in with your Google account. At the top of the page, click Manage Apps. You'll see a list of administrator-installed apps (if you're using Apps in an administered domain such as a business or school) and any apps you’ve installed yourself. To remove an app you installed, click Manage > Remove. To share a link, click and either email the app link or share via Google+

If you downloaded it on mobile you may need to open the task manager and if you are on iOS you must press the home button twice or probably hold it down to be honest i never you iOS and for Android Press the Button that shows you all the apps running and then look for a button on that screen that says "App Manager" and force uninstall and clear cache to be rid of the app but if you are on pc like macOS or Windows 10 just press 'ctrl+alt+esc" and it should pop up with the options to open task manager click that then find the application that is running and right click it or command click it and hit "End task" and on the desktop to delete it trash it and download Malwarebytes its free and its a antivirus/malware tool that lets you check you mobile device or even your pc for viruses or threats to your security and they give you a free trial for about a month of use and it scans your whole pc and lets you quarantine/clean it from all possible threats and if you have a modding tool or trainer just put it in the exceptions section by right clicking it and selecting the corresponding Section you would like it to be in. Your Welcome.
