I find this software very easy to use. I actually do my time sheet every day. Critical for my one-person business. It's very elegant to use. Reports are straight forward . Lots of ways to enter time. Smooth integration with xero and the invoicing is great...better than xero, actually; so, this is what I use to invoice. If it had credit card sync so that I could ditch expensify, I would give it the full 5 stars.

I love this app... still working through how to get expense reporting to work when you can't keep things updated on a weekly basis (i know... lame excuse, but with traveling consultants and no credit card sync, it's sometimes tough and you can forget one or two here and there and once they're locked.. tracing edits is tough).

What a fantastic tool (mostly)?! We have been using for almost a year with great success. it is very simple and user friendly. For the past couple months, however, We have had constant problems syncing iOS devices. It started out as a nuisance and has really become quite a distraction. We are unfortunately being forced to evaluative a couple of other solutions after all this time. I guess something absolutely great is still worthless if it doesn't work.

We used to use another 'big' backoffice system before we got to know Harvest. The ease of use of Harvest is realy outstanding. For the consultants the time writing input screens are perfect. From a project management / delivery point of view are the retainers a relief for our managers! It is intuitive, fast and watertight. Integration with Google Apps is great, single sign-on all the way.

We have tried and tested out a few time tracking and expense reporting tools. Harvest has been the most useful and economical one that's out. The intgration with Google Apps is not perfect, but it's good enough. The UI is great and easy to use. And even some of the smallest details are there. Such as the ability to edit other users time and expenses if they are unable to sign and edit it themselves. The Android app and Windows tool is useful as well.

We have a small consulting company but small doesn't mean simple. We have retained agreements, bill by the hour, minimum retainers + hours, subcontractors billing and expenses. The complexity of the bigger company but not the resources of dedicated time and expenses billing. We tried some other solutions but Harvest via our Google Apps was the answer. It has good management and team visibility, good end of month reporting has made invoicing a standard and easy process. iPhone based app makes capture on the road a snap. We will often start a capture project in the office and complete in the car. Sure there are some things we would like to improve but the product captured enough hours that we would have missed and saved enough time in billing and expenses to pay for itself in the first week.

Harvest does all the things they claim to do. Quickly, efficiently and accurately. No learning curve just activate and set up your customers. Was up in running in 30 minutes.

We use havest with 5 consultants to track time and expenses. Spending a lot of hours on the road the iPhone app is very usefull! In the past it was always a struggle to get everyones time sheet by the end of the week. With time tracking made so easy by Harvest missing or incomplete timesheets are a thing of the past now! Besides time tracking we also use Harvest to create estimates to get approval from our customers before we start speding consultancy hours. Something that caused a lot of issues before we started using Harvest. All in all Harvest is a very easy to use and affordable tool, it's quickly adapted by new users and it gives great insight on project budgets, estimates and invoices.
