The product is very useful, support is awful. I have contacted them repeatedly to upgrade beyond 5 users on my team and get no response from them. Additionally, why should one need to contact them to add users? What's the big deal with simply letting us add users and pay per seat?

I'm a big fan of HelloSign, use it almost every day, and love(d) the Google docs integration. But I've noticed that I have to disable and then re-install the app to have it show up in the addons. Perhaps it's a Chrome thing, I don't know, but it's annoying.

Great product at a competitive price. Especially love that I get 5 free signatures per month since I'm not currently doing a ton of document signing but love the product. If I ever need to increase my allotment, I'll happily become a paying customer.

Worked really nice a while ago. Now it's completely uselsess. Can't get it to work and trying to set a document up uses your charges even if you don't manage to finnish the setup. I've reached a point where I rather switch to something else than keep trying.

I have been waiting for this for a while now and am excited it is finally here. I love HelloSign, it makes getting signatures from my clients a lot easier and their audit trails are great, and it was even very nice before but this new add-on for drive makes managing those signed documents even easier for Drive users. Highly recommended.

Google docs and Google drive are making my life so much easier! Used hello sign to sign papers for the purchase of our new home. Now that it's integrated it'll be even easier next time. For people who think they won't need this, think again! This is better than copying and faxing, or scanning any day! Save paper, ink, time and the hassle.
