Overview
With Hiver, you can manage your customer support and sales right from your Gmail. Hiver makes it super easy to collaborate on shared email accounts like support@company.com or sales@company.com from your Gmail account.

Hiver also lets you shared your Gmail labels with other Gmail or G Suite users. Shared labels is also great to mimic Microsoft Exchange Public/Shared Folders.

KEY FEATURES:

1. Shared Mailboxes: Manage shared email addresses like support@mycompany.com right from Gmail. You can assign new emails to team and check their status. It also features collision alert which notifies a user when replying to an email if someone else is replying to the same email.

2. Shared Labels in Gmail: Add a label to an email conversation in your inbox, and it appears in your colleagues inboxes with the label attached, within minutes! Its an amazingly simple way to way to share useful emails and attachments, assign tasks, and track status on Support and Sales queries.

3. Shared Notes: Shared Notes on emails keep track of what is going on in an email thread. They’re a great way for your team to summarize a customer support or sales related email conversation.

4. Snooze Emails: You can snooze emails away from your inbox, and have them come back to the top of your inbox at any later date and time.

5. Email Templates: Easily create email templates and save yourself from writing same email again and again. You can share the templates with your colleagues.

6. You can schedule emails to be sent later.

After a few teething troubles we have found Hiver to be an invaluable tool to our small team. With support email coming in to one shared group mailbox, assigning mails to individual team members has really helped us keep on top of everything. Can't believe this kind of functionality isn't built in!

WARNING: We were longtime users of this application (several years). The application works well. Without warning, Hiver told us our monthly rate would more than double. We did not add any users or functionality, and we had the same monthly rate for years. We contacted Hiver, very confused as to why they would refuse to offer service any longer without a massive price increase. They didn't offer any explanation, didn't offer any color on how many random price increase would occur in the future, and frankly, were pretty rude in their responses to us. We were surprised that they would treat a loyal customer this way, but more importantly, I wouldn't have come to rely on the service if I knew there would be unannounced large price increases (again, with no changes on our end to user count or functionality).

Hello, I'm Niraj, Founder, Hiver. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with us. We offered Hiver at a very low price to a lot of our customers when we had started out. As we progressed, we realized we could no longer continue to offer the service at the same price if we wanted to build a business that could sustain itself and continued to improve its offering. We have had many iterations over the last few years where we have gradually increased prices, but we shielded a lot of our early customers from these increased prices. You continued to receive the same very low price when all our new customers were paying significantly higher. In the last couple of months, we have been working on bringing our pricing for old customers in line with what the new ones are paying. I'm sure we reached out to you in that process. Works really well indeed and we have had no problems. It would be a nice addition if it were possible to have emails move straight into the main inbox rather than the labelled Grexit box, perhaps a filter could do this?

This app takes collaborations and the inbox into the space it needs to be. We can share files with a few clicks, why not tags? It is much cleaner than forwards and has reduced our email quantity by over 50%. Bravo.

We are a small company with lean IT infrastructure. GrexIt shared folders is a great way to have instant access on shared resources such as emails. We set it up in 10 minutes and it's working with our Outlook 2010 clients as well.

We use Grexit for accounting and expense tracking. We have several members of our team that manage purchases and forwarding email receipts was never quite effective. We now use shared labels with Grexit to help our entire team, including the accounting department, manage all of our expenses without flooding each other's inbox with forwarded emails. I see new uses for Grexit each day. It works exactly as described and was simple to setup. Highly recommended.
