Our interaction with CakeHR has left us inspired to dream how we can create a healthy and effective staff culture. In addition, they have helped us realize how to leverage their tool to make that a reality. Is the software perfect; no software is! They value 'listening' and always looking for ways to 'make things better.' We have submitted feature requests and bug reports. In all cases, they are quick to respond, informative in their responsive and helpful in knowing what to expect next and why.

I like the interface. Very intuitive and easy to use. We've been using this app for several months but w/o great results. Lots of bugs. Time off count is wrong and accruals constantly need to be adjusted. Would be great if the system worked properly.
