Worked great until today. When I try to load the Add-on, it shows the Jira Cloud for Sheets panel, but it's blank. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Edit: This issue was fixed about an hour after reporting. Changing my 4 stars to 5 because it's a great app and now I've confirmed it has great support..

Worked great! ... until today. The sprint data isn't coming in anymore... just cells with ";" in them. Weird.

Nice and cool, makes easy customize the export from JIRA to sheets. Thanks!

Amazing add-on! Gathers data from you saved searches in JIRA and dumps it into a spreadsheet at a high speed. Great for what I'm using it for.

Hi there! Product manager for this add-on here! Thanks for leaving us the feedback. I'm writing to let you know that we investigated, saw that there were some issues on our end and took care of it on July 16. Hope it works for you now! Please let me know if you're still experiencing the same problem.

It was working again for 7/12 but as of 7/16, it's not working again for some searches. Assignee and Reporter are not showing up on the sheet info, instead it says [no subfield found] for anything but your own name. Seems like a permission or security issue but I can't figure it out on my own.

This application is terribly unstable and unpredictable. When it works, it works fine and it's powerful. But it sticks together with the tape and it is less reliable than a Cisco router

Nice App, thank you! Please provide the way to get the issue id. Now: fields "id", "key" both give me key (TASK-500) Expected: "id" to give an id (12536), "key" is ok.

Jira() stopped working today say at 3PM MDT. Any solutions? BTW, is this going to be happening often? Not enterprise ready... :(

In general good add-on but always problems with the "Refresh data function" in sheets - does not work properly.

Sidebar opens empty for a week, disabling ad blocker didn't help. Any ideas?

Works great. Better to use this than the CSV export from JIRA.
