Fantastic tool! Helps cover things that cannot be covered when using Jira alone. With clever design of queries in your google sheets, you can track so many stats that could be valuable. Especially for capacity planning.

Doesn't work with multiple google signins. Requires you to sign out of all other Google accounts in order to work correctly with one specific account at a time. This means that to use this extension you have to sign out of your own personal browser-sync and ALL other Google services linked to any other accounts including all other websites and apps that might use those as SSO because Atlassian can't figure it out!? No idea how they got to 3.5 stars.

Can't seem to get a known-good JQL query to work in the add-on. Is the "Epic Link" field supported? I'm trying to pull ~25 tasks with that epic link but so far the only thing that works is to list each issue in a 'key in ()' list. I've tried quotes around Epic Link and I've tried epiclink as well.

Dana, I've found that copy-and-pasted JQL seems to fail. I've many times had to manually type my queries into the add-on to get them to function properly. Not sure if this relates to your exact issue, but may be helpful I hope.

Hey Dana, were you able to perform your query? I had the same issue in the past, but for me, it seems ok now. let me know in case you need some help ;)

This product is an amazing opportunity to get your hands on data and do magic that is impossible to be done in Jira directly
