I absolutely love Kanbanchi. I've tried other kanban boards, but their paid versions didn't come anywhere near the functionality I get with the free version of Kanbanchi! I saw others complaining about a free trial or limited functionality, and while there is a subscription you can get, there are still loads of possibilities with the free app. Whether you need the free or subscription, this is one of the best organizing and collaboration tools you'll ever find. You can color code your tags and/or your cards, add a list of tasks to be done to a card (and check them off as they get complete), upload files to a card, and even make comments to your other collaborators (or even yourself!) within the card! Give it a chance, play around with it, read the FAQ's, and you won't be disappointed.

Very easy to use, at least as far as the trial version goes. Much easier to use than Trello

I've been using the free version for some time now and it suits my needs well. Expanding its use now to other members of my team.
