Keela automatically matches an email address to records in Keela to see if the contact is already in their CRM. Users can view and edit information within their Gmail without clicking back into Keela.
Keela’s easy-to-use application uses the sender's or primary recipient's email address to find and display matching records in Keela, from within Gmail. This integration allows a Keela user to quickly and easily see if the person who sent them an email is in the CRM. The sidebar displays an individual’s key contact information, their last transaction, total donations, and the last interaction the organization had with them. Users can edit contact information without having to navigate to the CRM or can access the CRM in a separate browser with one click.
