Overview
Kanban Boards, Scrum Boards, and Whiteboards for remote and distributed teams. Sign in with your G Suite ID and all your project files will be stored in your own Google Drive, under your organization's control for maximum security and privacy. Kerika is everything your team needs to get more done.
Kerika is task management for distributed and remote teams: it's the only tool that lets you work with Kanban Boards, Scrum Boards, and Whiteboards, so every project can be set up just the way you need.

Kerika integrates beautifully with G Suite: sign in with your Google ID, and all your project files will get stored in your own Google Drive where they remain under your organization's control for maximum privacy and security. (Your IT folks will love this!)

Task Boards are great for Kanban. They are exceptionally easy to use and can be customized to suit each project's workflow.

Scrum Boards are for agile teams. You can share a Backlog of user stories across multiple Sprints, each of which can be set up as a separate board.

Whiteboards are flexible canvases to organize and share your ideas, content, process flows, notes -- pretty much anything. And only Kerika's Whiteboards let you layer canvases within each other, so you can explore even complex ideas.

Other great features:

Highlights and Views let you zoom in on what matters most, to you, even when you are working on a large board, or with hundreds of boards. No other tool has anything like it.

Planning Views let you pivot your Kanban or Scrum Board to see everything sorted by due date so you can see at a glance what's overdue, due this week, and due next week

WIP Limits help you avoid bottlenecks on both Kanban and Scrum projects.

Content management that's beautifully integrated with G Suite: just drag and drop anything from your desktop, your Intranet, or the Web and Kerika makes sure that the right people have the right access, with automatic tracking of versions.

Complete control over access and privacy: each board can have a different set of Board Admins, Team Members and Visitors, so all kind of projects can be managed within a single account.

Real-time updates and smart alerts: Kerika makes sure you never miss what happened while you weren't looking, without sending you a ton of email.

Tags make it easy to manage really large collections of Kanban, Scrum and Whiteboards, with each board containing hundreds of cards and canvases.

Chat is integrated with your tasks and your content: attach your conversations to specific work items, and get off of email for good!

Each card can have sub-task that can be assigned and scheduled separately: Kerika rolls it all up so you don't miss a thing.

Kerika automatically recognizes when a team is distributed across multiple timezones and adjusts all the due dates accordingly so they make sense to everyone.

Templates make it easy for you to capture your organization's best practices and standard workflows as project templates.

Easy export (into a document or spreadsheet) makes it painless to handle legal discovery/disclosure requirements..

Kerika is used widely in a variety of industries and sectors: mining, retail, government, academia, nonprofits, consulting, technology. It's used in government, in nonprofits, in large global companies and small scrappy startups -- and even by middle school students.

Scaled-up version of Trello, which I really think is more of a consumer app than a business app. Much better at dealing with large boards which Trello doesn’t do so well. Also has a cool Views feature that gives you an overview of all your boards, which is also missing from Trello.

It's a solid app and works very well. I hope that the documents i will share, remain safe. And my documents will help students a lot. If they want to get any assignment of English Literature i will provide them as soon as possible. Authentic material will be provided. Thank you.

Very good for G Suite users - our IT is happy that Kerika stores our files in our G Drive because they can make sure people outside the company can’t be added to any boards or get copied on files.

Very nicely done. Because it's only me (for now) it's free. 30-day free trial and inexpensive once you add your team. I've been checking out Project Management apps for quite a while now and so far I like this one the best. Some PM tools are really complex, a real turn off and I'm in IT. I don't want managing my work to be as challenging as the work I'm actually doing. The layout is great, easy to see what's happening at a glance. Then you can click and dig in for more detail. Whoever is reading this, install it for just yourself and check it out. Just finding a PM app that's free for 1 user is a job in itself. I hope this helps the next person. Cheers. I like the layout and controls for setting tasks.

Solid app. We have nearly 50 clients right now, and we have set up each account as a separate Kerika board + some admin boards. The Views pages are the best feature because I can just see what’s assigned to me across all the boards.

+1 on the Google integration. We haven’t found any other app that works so well with Google Docs.

This is like the complete opposite of the Gantt charts and lists you get from Project or Smartsheet. Very visual, interactive experience like working on a physical board.

Kerika handles our records retention and discovery requirements very well. You can export everything from a board and know that you are getting all the files and chat as well.

Also former Trello user here: found their UI kind of dated. You open a Trello card and there’s just one log stream of chat and files and misc stuff. It was hard to catch up if you haven’t looked at a card for a few days and there have been a lot of changes. I like the Kerika layout much better: different tabs for chat, attachments, tasks, etc. It’s a lot easier to catch up on stuff.
