It was free, and can do a lot of math symbols, but is clunky adn blocky. No control over fonts, line spacing or alignment. It comes in these big clunky blocks that take a long time to open/edit/load. You have to wait after selecting "Print" for them all to load, otherwise they print as blank spaces. Then they started to charge. My company bought licenses .... but there is no way to activate the Google Add On. Every single "Activate Now" link just conveniently takes you to the reviews page where they only option is to UNINSTALL or review. So here is my review. I like Microsoft Word's equation editor better. I wish there was a better math equation editor for Google Docs.

I have been trying for four days to get technical support to help me launch this app and there has been no response. I think I am paying for the free version????? I thought the cost would give me more options...Is this a scam?

Was good until they decided to charge a subscription fee. No longer viable for students.

Was good until they decided to charge a subscription fee. Paid the fee but cannot figure out how to re-enable the add-on. No response from support. Really disappointed.

No thanks, I contested the charge on my credit card. I have no need to use an app with such poor support. There are other options out there that don't cost $40 and aren't so poorly managed.

Best (only) option for a chem formula processor for docs. Subscription fee is high for students ($40.) Additionally, when doing dimensional analysis problems, there's an annoying bug/feature where it automatically puts italics on after each division. I rarely use italics in dimensional analysis as it's harder to read and unnecessary.
