We're a small team of developers looking for a solution that allows us to manage tasks and current statuses across multiple projects, clients and collaborators. We've tried and demoed just about every software out there, and Mavenlink appears to be the only one offering it all in one place, for one low price. They even offer the financial aspects that no one else seems to want to integrate into their project management software. My only hope is that Mavenlink will create a desktop version that will sync back, and allow me to stay offline if i need. Other than that, we're super excited to get started!

We shopped around for a long time before deciding to go with Mavenlink as our project management tool. The deciding factors were that Mavenlink was compatible with QuickBooks and the project management tool was easy to understand and our employees learned quickly how to use the time tracking and task management tools. In our training we inquired about some updates that we would like to see with the tasking tool. Within months of our inquiry the Mavenlink team had greatly improved the tasking tool. Most of all I have appreciated the quick and patience assistance I've received from the support team when having questions.

We have used Mavenlink for about 18 months now and it works well on the basic level to help us manage all of the projects related for each client, including ourselves. It's nice to have a platform that can incorporate 7 team members, plus our clients, to have one source that tracks all conversations and progress for each project at hand. It can be a little clunky sometimes, but support is always receptive to our suggestions and constantly making improvements.

Unreliable and doesn't work as promised...Google login often stopped working and took hours to fix with chat support. I gave up.

Spent an entire day moving our projects our of Google Docs into Mavenlink only to find out that it doesn't do some really basic stuff. Too many clicks to get anything done. Can't view resource allocation across multiple projects with the team view. As an Admin I can't access projects that I haven't been added to - it doesn't make sense to be a system admin but not have project admin access. Overall very disappointing, don't waste your time.

I tryied 3 times to used. The google apps integration just doesnt work. And the support says: "Sometimes works, sometimes not". How do I pay for a tool that sometimes works and sometimes not? Frustrated!

This is a great application for collaboration and business efficiency. As a cloud based platform, it truly scales with your growing business. A low cost, high return app. Project Management, Gantt Charts, Payment Processing, Document Management, and awesome connections to various third party resources like Intuit and more!
