Integrate Google sheets with your GMail inbox! Light-weight CRM for personal or small/median business use. As you read emails, add the contact into a sheet as one row, extract information from emails or take notes about the contact in the equivalent row of the sheet. Create and manage different contact lists filled with email data in different sheets, ready for mail merge with personalized messages, e.g. a list for job hunting, fundraising and event planning etc.. Further functionalities on myriadhub.com to delegate work to your teammates, filter correspondents and automate repetitive replies based on the values stored in your sheets. (Gmail add-ons have not yet been added to the iOS version of the Gmail app.)
