This is by far one of the more forward thinking CRM softwares created. It is simple enough where I can train my team in less than 30 minutes, and yet has complex features such as sales tracking, custom fields, and activity tracking. I cannot stress enough but it all just works, and doesn't need a lot of work.
One of my favorite features is the ability to connect your account with a Wufoo form. We set it up so leads fill out a form on our website with a little of info about their event. When they submit it, it creates a lead inside of the software with ALL of the information filled out. We set it so whenever a new lead is created it sends a notification to the sales persons iPhone and email. PS: They are developing an Android app which they are almost done with!
I love the ability to set sales quotas, and the sales person can see how many more sales they need to make. You can also set quotas for the amount of phone calls, meetings, emails, virtual meetings, etc that need to be made per month.
Other features which we loved:
- Ability to sort contacts by last contacted
- Amazing Gmail widget that makes it easier
- Schedule meetings and add participants within the software and attach those meetings and notes to contacts, accounts, and leads
- Ability to export data into MailChimp
When I showed my new account manager the software she said "I'm going to work so much more now that I have this!"
