Great system! We've used their API to automate synchronization of contacts between Nutshell and our Google Domain shared contacts.

We migrated from Goldmine to Nutshell about 6 months ago and the difference is like upgrading from a VW Bug to a Ferrari. NS is a great system for B2B tracking of Contacts, Accounts (the Companies), and Leads (deals or opportunities). There is a Timeline tab that consolidates all of your notes and activities for each Account or Lead. The integration with LinkedIn (it finds and pulls basic data for Contacts automatically) and Gmail (will pull sent emails into the Notes section with a bcc: notation) is great. Ideal for us is ability to create custom Tags to apply to any of the Contacts or Accounts, and then sort by them, and create Products and place a value and probability of closing so that we can estimate value of Pipeline and focus on the most valuable prospects. We've not had issues with the bugs that some other report, although have made a few queries and suggestions to NS Support. We got immediate responses and explanations although have yet to see our suggestions implemented. My only gripe with NS is how it handles dates - you have to select them from a calendar - which is fine for dates in the near future. A date 60 months out requires 60 clicks - stupid, and why I deducted a star. In the grand scheme and considering all of the other customizable features, still better than the rest, I think. Just fix the dates, please.

It is a great CRM but it is full of small bugs I cannot understand (I'm a software engineer). I have sent a lot of emails reporting bugs. Some of them I took me several emails to support center until they accept the bug. It also lacks a lot of common and simple functionality which is available in most of the software of its kind. I am quite sure nobody in that company uses its own CRM because it's easy to find bugs.

Es un CRM excelente, principalmente porque es moderno, no te aburres con la interfase. Puede mejorar en algunas cosas, pero definitivamente cumple con las necesidades de mi empresa.

Unfortunately for the price, I haven't found much better. Maybe highrise but it's definitely harder on the eyes. I've worked with Nutshell for a few months trying hard to like them but there priorities are in the wrong places. a) The dashboard is ineffective. - Contact information is a few clicks from the dashboard rather than readily available and the "important tasks" widget only allows 5 tasks at a time. b) "automated sales process" is not helpful no matter how you try to use it. effective tool for tracking but adds additional steps rather than making it easier for your sales reps to be productive. Worst of all, neither of these issues are even on their radar to be fixed. They are focused on design and accessing the reports through your mobile device rather than making this functional. Very disappointing with how beautiful this program is. Unfortunately, there's few other options out there.

I have search for a good CRM for month. But now I can just relax and feel my company having control. Great interface, VERY good customer care (they even called me from US to Sweden to check out my problem). Good prices as well.

Any CRM that allows you to do tasks so quickly is a winner in my book. Only thing missing is ability to integrate/sync Contacts with my Google account, which I would prefer.

This is by far one of the more forward thinking CRM softwares created. It is simple enough where I can train my team in less than 30 minutes, and yet has complex features such as sales tracking, custom fields, and activity tracking. I cannot stress enough but it all just works, and doesn't need a lot of work. One of my favorite features is the ability to connect your account with a Wufoo form. We set it up so leads fill out a form on our website with a little of info about their event. When they submit it, it creates a lead inside of the software with ALL of the information filled out. We set it so whenever a new lead is created it sends a notification to the sales persons iPhone and email. PS: They are developing an Android app which they are almost done with! I love the ability to set sales quotas, and the sales person can see how many more sales they need to make. You can also set quotas for the amount of phone calls, meetings, emails, virtual meetings, etc that need to be made per month. Other features which we loved: - Ability to sort contacts by last contacted - Amazing Gmail widget that makes it easier - Schedule meetings and add participants within the software and attach those meetings and notes to contacts, accounts, and leads - Ability to export data into MailChimp When I showed my new account manager the software she said "I'm going to work so much more now that I have this!"
