Perfect allround ERP for a small business! Love the logical flow of work, ease of exporting data for further analysis and the support team who seem to always find a solution. Been using it now for 3 years. totally happy

Well it started out really well but I soon realized that I cannot make even the most simple changes to documents and there are too many limitations in this app

Listen up. My company started using OneUp about 4 months ago. I have used a LOT of ERP systems, in the past, some extremely costly, some not. This one is just the best. I high;y, highly recommend it. Oh and by the way, Customer Service is phenomenal (yes, even after sale).

Alain, we had great hopes that One-Up would suit the needs of our business (SME) but have found the system to be inadequate and inflexible to the extent we are just not running manual systems in parallel, but are totally reliant on manual systems to run our business and service customer and legislative/regulatory needs. One-Up represents a great concept, but has a long way to go to match the benefits and advantages of other ERP systems available on the market for SME's! Customer Service...agreed it's prompt even for internationals such as ourselves, but rarely are solutions readily provided...moreover its a case of "watch this space for F&B which are under development" Patricia Namukasa

After being disappointed by the many free and paid versions of Quickbooks and other Google apps, I found myERP because I liked the look of the design and layout. I will admit that as an early user of this service, there were many issues that I patiently worked through with their team. Now, I rarely come across a bug in the system and they keep adding wonderful new features, what seems like, daily. That being said, what I love the most about myERP is Bettina, hands down. Bettina is one of their live chat accountants that has patiently helped me learn how to use myERP correctly so I can manage my financials. I can't stress this enough! I have no prior training in bookkeeping, nor accounting and we're a startup business with 1 employee, me. I feel like Bettina and I have created a wonderful friendship and working relationship. Even when I didn't listen to her and thought I could just jump ahead to making invoices, she gracefully explained to me why I was now having troubles with the rest of the process. It's not often you find a fantastic product/service AND stellar customer service - and I did. myERP rocks!! I'm so excited by their future roadmap of new possibilities within the program. Finally we can do away with our clunky programs and start getting a hands-on experience with our lively hood. You won't be disappointed with myERP - I guarantee you that! Thanks myERP and thank you Bettina!!!!!!!
