Create and send customizable rubrics and scores to students by email for any assignment.

Use Online Rubric for any assignment, including presentations, performance, and participation grades, and send grades to your students without the hassle and waste of paper and copiers.

Online Rubric supports multiple emails for each student in the case of revisions and allows you to use previously created rosters and rubrics within the add-on.

Created and maintained by Mr. Jungsun Moon, an English teacher in Chicago.

October 7, 2018: v2.72: Fixed the bug that delayed the display of the Google Classroom roster import.

August 9, 2018: v2.71: Fixed a bug that caused the import rubric function to stall on a blank import window.

July 12, 2018: v2.7: You're now able to import rosters from Google Classroom. I'll be returning to the classroom in the fall, so expect more updates as I use the tool more frequently.

November 14, 2016 - v2.61: Fixed the bug that opened the wrong dialog when trying to set a multiplier. Thanks to Ramona L. and Cynthia B. for reporting it!

October 13, 2016 - v2.6: Removed email validation on the front end, which allows for a wider range of email addresses AND allows for multiple recipients by separating each email address with a comma.

October 6, 2016 - v2.5.03: Fixed import rubric bug. The import rubric process would stop before creating the email template.

August 6, 2016 - v2.5: Added the ability to set scaled scores for rubrics, instead of using simple addition of rubric scores to determine grade. (version 2.5.01 and 02 fix bugs I should have caught before publishing. Sorry!)

This is a wonderful way to evaluate student work and give them detailed and personalized feedback. I can link other sheets like attendance and overall grades and send a comprehensive report. With some tweeking you can send nicely formatted emails with all sorts of information. This is changing my attitude toward grading! PP
