It is the fastest quality proof reading application I have seen. It also provides the best explanations and guilds on corrections. Now there are others out there with more features like withers pro, but they virtually leave it up to you fix your own mistakes.

It gives you general correct spelling and grammar. However, the problem is that if your errors are only in Advanced Grammar and Eloquence, it shows you a pop-up all of a sudden, forcing you to go to "paid" mode. I accidentally clicked on it once, leading to my free trial. I don't want a free trial, however. I wanted to remove my account to erase the free trial and to reset it, however, when I tried understanding what the site told about removing the account, which was to e-mail the site itself, I translated it as "not possible to erase the account." So, don't use this extension if you don't want to get distracted by pop-ups on upgrades.

It messed up the layout of the document terribly, creating strange line breaks and generally destroying hours of work, making me have to undo changes that I had applied, just to save the layout. That was a waste of precious time. Really not cool.

I have had a great experience with GradeProof and have hardly found anything that I dislike, and even with the things I noticed were off, such as swears, vulgar language, and topics including that of death seemingly decreasing the grade level, but I have hardly noticed anything other than that for what I've used of the add-on. Thanks to the amazing development with this project, many kids in my school have been able to get much better grades, and even my teacher has found this add-on to be of great use. I wish all developers of GradeProof the best of luck, and that they continue to make such good programs.

As someone who is a Premium customer of Grammarly, I find that Grade Proof works much faster at proofreading your work than Grammarly. Grammarly is great at finding errors in spelling and grammar, but it sometimes doesn't always catch errors in spelling and mistakes in wording. I also prefer the Google Docs engine more than Microsoft Word any day. As of right now Grammarly doesn't allow users to write in Google Docs. However , I don't like how customers have to pay more to have GradeProof add articulation. I also don't like how you can't "Increase writing" AND "Improve Words". This only allows you to select one or the other. Also I don't know if 7 days is a sufficient enough time for making a good analysis of the service, and premium features. A monthly service can be a commitment, considering you have to pay for once you agree to sign up, so I would really appreciate more time to try out the premium features of the service before I sign up.

I had written over 5000 words and it worked completely fine until one day it decided that it is only able to analyse documents with less than 5000 words, useless rubbish. It worked fine until that, and with over 5000 words. If you are are reading reviews and thinking "That hasn't happened to me so it must've been updated since then" don't it comes late. I had 7000 and it worked fine.

I'm currently writing a book (my third). I have been using gradeproof to help with the spelling and general readability. It's now over 15,000 words and I haven't had a problem with it yet in the few months that I've used it. I definitely like it better that word or open office, which I had been using before. The only problem is the premium trial period. I would like to have access to a free "toned down" version of the eloquence.

Used to be much better :( I wish there was a way to use all the premium features for free forever but see ads in exchange, or something like that. I will in the future change my review if I see this or something like it actualy happen.

This Add-On works great for how I use it. Kinda sad you have to pay for the pro version in order to use the eloquence feature. I really liked that feature and it helped me out a lot. I mainly use this add-on for the grammar, phrasing and word count. I have noticed that if you don't hit apply changes it won't automatically apply them but that's perfectly fine and makes sense. Over-all it's a very nice add-on, just wish you didn't have to pay for the eloquence feature. ;-;

I like this product it gives good suggestions and helps a lot more with correcting misused words. I'm hard of hearing so this really does wonders for me. I think it's better than another program I've tried so far. But I am having a hard time with a rather big file of mine right now. Gave to say that it is the only problem I have with the program so far.
