PerformFlow has been pretty solid for us. It's easy to use and reliable, and that bulk approval feature definitely saves a ton of time. What really stands out, though, is their customer support - quick and helpful, especially Ashley! We had this thing where we needed to reset our request numbers for the new fiscal year, and the team got us sorted right away, all within a day.

PerformFlow has been a game changer for our team. We use it to automate our approval processes through Google Forms, and it has saved us so much time and effort. The ability to set multi-level approvals, get real-time email notifications, and track request status is extremely helpful. It’s user-friendly and integrates smoothly with Google Workspace. Support is responsive as well whenever we encounter issues. Definitely a must-have if you're managing forms and workflows in Google!

It's a great app if I can actually pay to renew my subscription. The only option to pay is via PayPal, and my payment method of a school district Mastercard is not accepted. There are no other options to pay. I've used this app for over a year to track absence from duty for my staff, but now will most likely have to switch. I have not heard back from customer support as well to remedy the issue.

The advantages of PerformFlow Simple to Use: Even for non-technical individuals, PerformFlow's interface is clear and easy to use. Strong Features: PerformFlow has a number of features that can be tailored to meet your company's requirements. Time-saving: By automating form publishing and approval, PerformFlow frees up your time so you can concentrate on other crucial duties. Superb Customer Support: The PerformFlow support staff is really accommodating and quick to respond. Possible Negatives: Limitations of the Free edition: You can only build a certain amount of forms, users, and workflows in the PerformFlow free edition. Absence of capabilities: PerformFlow is devoid of some capabilities found in other workflow programs, like sophisticated reporting and analytics.
