My advice is delete it immediately. I get the same message. More over, I've scrolled through the reviews and there are only two types that I've seen. They either say something generically positive, like "good" or "easy to use" and apparently come from India, or they are from someone, presumably not in India, and say what we are all saying, "it doesn't work."
My "fake news detector" Spidey-sense is tingling pretty fierce right now. So, I'm gonna "go out on a limb" and say the positive reviews are from fake accounts or were purchased, and the reviews that say it didn't work are from people who actually tried it.
To add to my certainty, I realized that the creators of the app haven't responded to any of the reviews I saw. Reputable developers reply to their negative reviews and try to make it right and fix the bug.
My gut is telling me either this was developed by an amateur who gave up and didn't pursue it any further. or it was developed by scammers for some nefarious purpose, like stealing people's info, or something.
I'm choosing to give the benefit of the doubt as to the character of the developer. Still, I'm uninstalling as soon as I finish writing this, because I have remarkably little faith in humanity left so my tendency is to hedge my bets.
