Dear Pipedrive, this add-on is a huge shame for you as a company. Please fix it, it would help a lot to have it working well. Or just remove it from the store.

This is a great LEAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. It's not a CRM. You can integrate the CRM you desire and transfer files from each other.

Dear Pipedrive, please make your gmail integration useful and follow your user's requests. Or, acquire a smaller better integrated gmail CRM exclusively for gmail and run it as a Pipedrive company. You guys are too big to have this many negative reviews. Fix this plugin, this is 80% of your customers primary communication vehicle to their audience living inside of your CRM. I will sell Hubspot because of this. I will use pipedrive becasue of the cost savings, but I will sell Hubspot because of this one problem. That's all I'm selling now, and sales enablement and ABM AI and unified social chat. They all integrate with Pipedrive as my hub. And my hub inside of your hub, it's g suite. Fix this team. I spent valuable time to give this advice instead of trashing the app. Please head it and prosper. CX rules all decision making because it rules all financial outcomes. You got it right inside of Pipedrive, love the UI and the UX. Fix your largest opportunity for product led growth and solve this for gmail. HUUUUUGE FAN of Pipedrive. as others have also said; useless and not even close to other great CRM systems; no snippets, no direct integration to the CRM. What a missed opportunity.

I think the app is minimal but it does what it should and find it very helpful when in gmail.

It used to work, but doesn't anymore. I think they've forgotten this is here and haven't updated it to work with the new APIs. You can't click to view a contact off of an email in gmail anymore (it just opens pipedrive, doesn't go to the contact) and the fields viewable on the contact in gmail are super limited if it finds the contact at all.

Pretty useless. HubSpot gmail add-on is far far superior - definitely need email opening alerts etc. Please can you review the HubSpot one and take some queues!?
