Each company’s data in Pipedrive is stored in a separate database while we also use full encryption to protect data. We make daily backups and backups of those backups. And so that you don’t just have to take our word for it, we have full SOC 2 certification.

Pipedrive has been an absolutely invaluable tool to our team. It's activity-centered design keep our sales people on task and offers our manager a great view into what our sales people are actually doing. This is the promise of any CRM of course, but after testing several with similar feature sets (Close.io, Salesforce, a couple others I can't remember) when we started, we determined that Pipedrive was the most intuitive. Most other options at the time were Windows 98 quality in terms of design and usability. Completely un-sexy, and clearly data entry for sales people would be a "Necessary evil" managers would have to cajole their people into actually using. Not Pipedrive. I can honestly say that I would recommend this CRM to anyone in need.

Pipedrive has completely changed the way we conduct business. We're a web based company with remote employees across the country. Until Pipedrive, it was a struggle from a management perspective to know exactly how our employees were preforming and it was difficult for our employees to keep tabs on all of their clients and where exactly they were in the sales process. Not only are we all able to get a quick visual update on everything going on, which is amazing, but probably my favorite feature is the ability to add tasks and reminders to yourself or others. This is a great way to see if someone has completed a task you asked them to or to remind you to do things you may have forgotten. So what I'm trying to say is that Pipedrive literally helps all along the sales process and after. I can't put a dollar figure on it exactly, but Pipedrive has been an absolute saving grace for us and has paid for itself at least 10 fold. Thank you Pipedrive for being so awesome!!

Pipedrive has significantly simplified how we manage our sales and forecasting. With a number of different business lines and sales teams, we have now consolidated our tool sets and processes. Our board can now have a consolidated, real time view of our sales forecast. Pipedrive is flexible and customisable and has adapted very well to the different needs across our business line. Highly recommended.

This has changed our whole team! Very intuitive and loaded with capabilities, we have structured our inside and outside sales force around this. The ball is never dropped and collaboration between sales, admin and support is smooth. The reporting features are a great motivational tool. Integration G-Suite allows desktop and mobile to always be up to date. The integration partners definitely add value to this affordable CRM.

Pipedrive has changed my (sales) life... It's simple and easy to use, and helps me keep track of all my activities so that nothing and no one falls through the cracks. I took to it instantly & it's invaluable to me now. Not only that, I find that entering cold calls into Pipedrive incentivizes me to make more of them — it turns what might be a daunting activity into something that feels more like a fun game! I'm always trying to "beat my score" and make more calls this week than I did last week. Thanks, Pipedrive, for making me more productive and my work life more easeful and fun.

Pipedrive changed the way I work. I am actually not in sales but really needed a tool that would help me keep track of conversations and connections across a large network of people. I love the integration with google calendar and the reminders and cues help me stay on task. Pipedrive is not just for sales! It can be used in any field in which you need to keep up with lots of relationships.
