I have used Pipeline Deals for 4 years. I have referred it to many people. Everyone that signed up thought the same thing that I did and that is... 1) GREAT customer support based in the USA. YES REAL AMERICANS TALKING TO YOU. 2) Short learning curve and great telephone support anytime...especially useful when you are first starting. 3) Smart Tech developers and founders that built what sales people require...but not more than they require. The founders are mature experienced business people not 25 year olds with no sales experience. 4) Great integration with Linked in. With Linked In you can click on a PD icon and it copies that person into PD....tht saves a lot of time. 5) great team tool...about a 30 minute learning curve. Which is about the limit for most sales people. 6) No BS corporate philosophy....they tell it like it is. 7) a great roadmap based on client desires.

I've used many CRMs in my business development role (including SugarCRM, OnePageCRM and Highrise) and by far, PipelineDeals offers the best blend of functionality and usability. I wanted something that was intuitive to use but also powerful on the reporting/analytical end and Pipeline encompasses both of these characteristics. This CRM has been the perfect fit for a small but growing sales department.

We have just changed to Pipeline deals after struggling with a dinosaur CRM for over a year. I love how easy Pipeline deals is and how quick you can get the overview of what you need and/or create adapted reports. The only thing missing would be the possibility to create invoices to the clients based on the deals.

I've really grown to rely upon the integration of PipelineDeals with the hub of our digital office, Google Apps. The stand along Pipeline Deals is great. It's a nice balance of features we need and simplicity and ease of use that is always improving.
