It's flexible and free. I have used it for almost a year, and have not had problems.

I like it because the size of icons is much bigger than Mendley and much easier for me to use it.

In addition to many citation format options, Refworks allows you to go into the metadata and create personalized rules. This makes refworks very flexible.

it messes me up and unknown error occurs, can't cite properly. So stressful and annoying

Totally messed up all my citations on a report with errors such as "something bad has happened" .....yeah, i know, far too explicit. So - chrome - google docs - in this case totally unfit for purpose/waste of time

All I get is 'something bad happened' or another error like 'did you select text' it seems to be totaly unsuable, which is a shame because it seems to offer so much. I think it might actually be faster to just do it all manually.

the "did you select text" is an error message indicating that you Should Not highlight where you want the intext citation placed. Simply put the cursor in the correct location, then select add citation from the side bar.

Really weird access permissions ("send email as you"?? what the hell is that for?). Installed, had to sign in, fine, tried to but my institution is not signed up apparently. Uninstalled.
