1. I installed the add-on but I can't find it. How do I check if it's installed?
Try refreshing your browser and opening an email thread. Then, select the QuickBooks logo (it’s all the way on the right side of your screen) and either sign up or connect to your QuickBooks account.

Other details to keep in mind
1. To use QuickBooks Invoicing for Gmail, you need to create a free Intuit user ID or sign in with your existing user ID for QuickBooks Online, TurboTax, Mint, or any other Intuit product. 
2. Does not work with QuickBooks Self-Employed or QuickBooks Desktop.
3. There are no monthly charges for QuickBooks Invoicing for Gmail.
4. All online payments are processed through a payments account (powered by Stripe or QuickBooks). There are no monthly charges for the payments account, but a per transaction fee may be required for online payments.

Installed, signed in. Keep getting a message that asks for my phone number (even though it sent the verification code to my phone), and then I get, "Something went wrong on our end. Please submit again." Resubmitting does no good, the same message keeps popping up.

I installed this recently but already sent out several invoices to my beef customers, and it's so very convenient and easy to use! Since I keep all my customers info in my email account labels, I just open an email from the customer in question, and start invoicing and send, et voila! No longer do I need to log in to PayPal to send my invoices. And it seems all is working seamlessly so far, integrates perfectly with QuickBooks! A great time saver and help. PS. If you are having trouble with installing/using it in Chrome, try Opera, or another browser.

App does not work, I get a pop-up error message saying "We're sorry! We're experiencing some problems. Please try again later." This has been happening for days. How can I get help?

I love that I can invoice my customers right from inside their email message, and it's created instantaneously in QBO. Now I don't have to tell them to look for a separate email, and then switch to QBO to send the invoice. I can do it while looking at the pertinent info! However, I don't see all of my products and services on the dropdown list when I start typing. I assume this will get fixed!

This really should be rolled into all of the apps and connected. Should have a free app for freelancers too. I want to use this, but I can't bring myself to do so when I can use another app that's just as good for free to manage clients and just pay transaction fees....like with Square or Wave.

No Help at all; Spent a whole day with Google Tech Support and Quickbooks Tech Support installing and reinstalling APP. They have no idea what to do. I already have QBO tied to my primary business domain/Gmail acct. and was hoping I could use "Quickbooks Invoicing for Gmail" APP with a new business and unique gmail account. Both Gmail accounts are tied together under G Suite, so new gmail APP installs get set up under the original QBO acct tied to the primary business/Gmail acct.
